After being told “no” by traditional brokers we honestly started to think buying a home just wasn’t going to happen for us. We knew we could afford it but our credit history wasn’t perfect, (because...life!) and we kept hitting brick walls. Nicole at AMA treated us like humans. She listened, let us explain our circumstances and never once made us feel like she was judging us. She kept things real, let us explain our circumstances and no matter how complicated our story got she stuck with us and persevered! For the first time the process felt possible instead of impossible. Can highly recommend AMA! I first became aware of AMA in late 2024/early 2025 where I reached out to Dan - he reviewed my situation at the time and gave me good advice including to come away and return at a later agreed date. Fast forward to 2026 I reached out again and was allocated to one of the other brokers Nicole. Nicole is a credit to AMA, she is knowledgeable, quick to respond and nearly always able to take a call. We didn't have the most straight forward circumstances however thanks to her she was able to secure us a mortgage in principle within 24hrs of contact and a mortgage offer a couple weeks later! AMA have a fab tiktok page too, I was a regular viewer of Dan's lives which were really helpful!

THE BEST! Honestly cannot even put into words how amazing the whole team is, especially Nicole. Our application was not the most straightforward, but she managed to get us two mortgage offers. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone and will never go anywhere else. Given me and my children Hope Bit of a strange one as I’m writing this review before having a mortgage accepted but a long story short AMA (Nicole) has given me hope again. I am currently looking to purchase a shared ownership property and stupidly have paid over a large amount to a broker that has just left me feeling petrified for my future. Getting me a dip and then telling I don’t fit the company’s affordability so can’t go on to apply. I found Dan on tik tok a few months ago and have kicked myself that I didn’t find him first. But do you know what a short phone call with Nicole has made me decide that I’m going to jump ship and loose the money Iv paid the previous broker and go with ama! She is wonderful, she has made me feel hopeful that me and my children may be able to have a family home of our own. We are currently living with family and my relationship has broken down and desperately need this.
