I have to update my initial review. Dave, the owner, really made it up to us. He took responsibility, understood the issues, and made sure they were resolved.
Matt Smith came out today, and the difference was truly night and day. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and responsible, and took the time to address our concerns properly.
We feel like we’re finally in good hands now, and we really appreciate Dave stepping up and making things right.
Inspector Hugh did an awesome job! I’m not a regular reviewer, but Hugh was exceptional! Couldn’t be happier with him. Never saw anything like that before! His inspection was done super meticulously, he checked every single little and big thing in the house. Besides checking on the major systems (like HVAC and water heater), he opened and closed every single door, checked every single light bulb, every outlet, filled every sink, checked all drainage system, opened and closed every window, you name it!!!! Way to go!
Very professional , did a full detailed thorough home inspection ! Was very happy and highly recommend if anyone needs a home inspection

Dean did an outstanding job inspecting our home. He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question we had, and made sure we fully understood his findings and recommendations.
What impressed me most was his attention to detail and patience. He never made us feel rushed and was happy to walk us through any concerns we had. Buying a home can be stressful, but Dean made the inspection process much easier and gave us confidence moving forward.

One stop shop! Love it. They had great communication .Great customer service, easy to read reports. Offers many services. I had the main home inspection. Septic, radon testing and termite inspection. All were completed and reports done in one weeks time. Took their time and was very detailed oriented to my home: Thank y'all for going over and.beyond for my inspections. Will definitely refer to friends. Made my firat time buying a home easier than i imagined. You think inspections and I just knew thats where, if any troubles would come in, but NOPE smooth and easy and all in one spot. Gets no better than that. Thank you!!'

Ben P. doesn’t need an Omnitrix like Ben 10 has. Somehow, he transforms into exactly the home inspection expert each situation demands.
One minute he has the vision to spot roof issues from a distance. The next he’s hearing drawers make sounds they definitely shouldn’t. Then he’s deciphering electrical panels like a master technician, tracking down plumbing issues before they become disasters, and finding damage almost imperceptible to the naked eye.
By the end of the inspection, it feels like you’ve watched someone cycle through an entire team of specialists, all wrapped up in one inspector.
If you’re buying a home and want someone who seems to have a different superpower for every challenge, Ben P. is your guy. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
