After months of frustration with issues left by a maintenance service performed by our previous elevator service provider, Crystal came in and did a very careful and thorough diagnosis of the issues. She didn't just fix the immediate problem; she went the extra mile to ensure the entire control system was properly wired to the original specification (not sure why it was not so previously!), effectively cleaning up the mess left by the former company. Now our elevator has been running smoothly.
What has impressed us more is that she was honest and very fair with her pricing - we think we've got more than what she has done for us.
