Buyer beware. We had our shutter fixed in May. This is our second home and are rarely there. We get back after Thanksgiving Shutter is not working. We call back the same company to come and repair. There is no warranty past 30 days and the fee to come out to fix the same shutter same issue $300.00 which they did not mention prior to coming out. Highway robbery.

Working with AHT has been great. From the sales rep to install. I found them on Reddit and found them to be straightforward, reasonable, and honest.
In lieu of impact windows ($$), we decided to upgrade our ugly old accordions to roll downs. They look so much sleeker and my husband actually prefers to have the added protection in a bad hurricane anyway, plus good for closing up a house (if you snowbird). We have electric on our lanai, which is fantastic and will allow us to use that space in the event of a hurricane.
Overall, the experience has been great, the shutters look great, installation was a breeze. Inspections passed with no issue. Price was good too—we did get a second quote from another company and it was double the price 😳; they even let us take down and dispose of our old shutters to save some money (my husband is handy enough to do that and patch up the old holes)
10/10 would recommend.

Alex and Carlos were the installers and they did a great job. They were very professional and made sure the shutters were level and installed properly. They showed me how to operate them both with the remote and manually and cleaned up after they were installed. So glad they were assigned for my job and can’t say enough about the work they did.
The Electrican did the electrical service the next day and was excellent also. He ran the wire to the electrical panel and put it on a separate circuit. The job is complete and I’m very satisfied with the results.

3 times a charm to correct the original issue but AHT camr through Hector was very good, addressed my issues and made them right... My only concern is that the fabric may slouch again..I'm praying not, but Hector told me to just call if any issues

This firm is top-notch. Used them to repair a motorized insect/solar zip screen. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was delighted with their work!

This is my third time using AHT Shutter Services and I couldn’t be more pleased. Their service is timely, Hector and Jose arrived right on schedule, and are polite and professional. Repairs were completed and my shutter is working perfectly again! Communication from their office is also good. I would not hesitate to use them again.
