We had the privilege of working with them for our recent home purchase in Richmond, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Extremely thorough, highly professional, and excellent with communication every step of the way.
We’ve used other inspectors in the past, and to be blunt, some missed things that ended up costing us later. You could immediately tell the difference with this team. These are seasoned professionals, Dan and Chris, who bring 10, 20+ years of real experience, and it shows.
They found a number of items that gave us a clear understanding of the home and helped us confidently move forward, knowing exactly what we were walking into.
