I had our Office fridge break down out of nowhere, so I called Advance Appliance—and honestly, I’m super glad I did :). The whole process was way easier than I expected.
The tech showed up on time, was super friendly, and actually explained what was going on in a way that made sense (which I appreciated because I know nothing about appliances 😅). He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and had the parts he needed right in the van, so the repair was done in one visit.
The fridge in the office has been running perfectly since, and the price was very reasonable compared to what I was expecting. No surprise fees, no pressure—just solid, honest service.
Overall, really great experience. If you need your appliances fixed without the stress or runaround, I definitely recommend Advance Appliance!
