Advanced appliance was dispatched to our home through a Home Depot warranty program to assess our dishwasher, which was making an abnormal noise (for two years we could not hear the dishwasher running when we were standing in the kitchen, we can now hear it in our bedroom upstairs). The technician who came to our house looked inside the dishwasher for about 30 seconds, then sat beside it for half an hour while it ran, watching videos on his phone in another language. After that he informed us that this was “normal” and despite us indicating it had never made this sound for 2 years of operation, he refused to inspect it further. After trying to get Home Depot to resolve the issue and send a new technician from a different company and having no luck, I called Advanced Appliance directly to see if they would send a different technician to our home. I was told I was not able to speak directly to a manager, and the receptionist simply read me the report of the original technician and said they would not send anyone else. I was hopeful a small business seeking a solid reputation would be willing to waive a service call fee to send a more competent and responsive technician, unfortunately this was not the case. As such, I would not recommend this company given they aren’t even willing to spend the time on a phone call with a calm, yet dissatisfied customer.

the unit was inspected thouroughly by our technician which sat beside at the unit for a reasonable duration of time,
if any abnomalities within the duration of observation it should make noises as stated.
however its working fine no abnormalities.
If you ever encounter any noises during usage of appliance, best way to prove it is by recording it and send it to us for evaluation.
technician are equip with tools
for monitoring noise levels in decibels , if the noises is within acceptable range when its running therefore thats how our technicians make conclusions.

This company came to my house 10+ times to resolve an issue with a built-in fridge. The techs were informative and did a good job except they did not see on each of those occasions, including installing a new built in fridge to replace the old one, that there was no room for ventilation which was the main issue later found by a different company. This issue caused us a year of frustration while a simple moving of the fridge a few inches was a possible solution. A manual could have been, but was not referenced for space needed for proper operation.

Two stars for the fix and timely scheduling, but what these guys charged me for the fix was so, so high. I'm reasonable about these kinds of things, but almost $700 to replace a drain pump on a washing machine was a shock to the system. And they weren't even going to provide me with an invoice with a breakdown of the costs had I not asked for one, they just kept messaging me to ask when I was going to pay. Please try other companies, I regret going with Advance Appliance.
Quickly got the job done! Mark was awesome. My dryer was quickly fixed, cleaned and working within the hour. Before and after photos were taken which was great because you never really know just how gross your appliances get!

I had our Office fridge break down out of nowhere, so I called Advance Appliance—and honestly, I’m super glad I did :). The whole process was way easier than I expected.
The tech showed up on time, was super friendly, and actually explained what was going on in a way that made sense (which I appreciated because I know nothing about appliances 😅). He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and had the parts he needed right in the van, so the repair was done in one visit.
