Excellent service provided by Mark! He explained what was wrong and what was needed to be done to fix our freezer component of our fridge. He was also a great source of information. Would highly recommend to our friends and family for any appliance repairs needed!
Mark has been responsive and has returned to address recurring issues with my LG refrigerator after his initial repair (July 23, August 14 and this time September 7). While the cooling problem has not yet been fully resolved, he has continued to communicate and discuss possible causes and solutions. He has indicated that he has pre-ordered an evaporator, in case that is the issue, and plans to complete further troubleshooting and repairs. At this point, I am waiting to see whether his diagnosis is confirmed and whether the proposed repair resolves the issue. I will update my review once the work is completed.
Mark the Magician. Top notch customer service and super welcoming when he came in our home. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing when it came to fixing my dryer. Awesome dude, would definitely recommend. 10/10 đź‘Š

Mark the technician was extremely professional! He arrived right on time, thoroughly inspected our laundry machine, and diagnosed the exact issue at a very reasonable and affordable price. Thanks to him, our washer is working perfectly again and saved us from buying an expensive new one. He’s respectful, friendly, and super easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
Biggest crooks in Alberta. They don’t have technicians who work direct for the company they sub contract there work out and switch technicians every few month none of the employees have worked there longer than 3 months which goes to show you how bad of a company it is. There work ethics and experience is so bad honestly words cannot describe. I wouldn’t use them if they paid me to service my appliances.

Advanced appliance was dispatched to our home through a Home Depot warranty program to assess our dishwasher, which was making an abnormal noise (for two years we could not hear the dishwasher running when we were standing in the kitchen, we can now hear it in our bedroom upstairs). The technician who came to our house looked inside the dishwasher for about 30 seconds, then sat beside it for half an hour while it ran, watching videos on his phone in another language. After that he informed us that this was “normal” and despite us indicating it had never made this sound for 2 years of operation, he refused to inspect it further. After trying to get Home Depot to resolve the issue and send a new technician from a different company and having no luck, I called Advanced Appliance directly to see if they would send a different technician to our home. I was told I was not able to speak directly to a manager, and the receptionist simply read me the report of the original technician and said they would not send anyone else. I was hopeful a small business seeking a solid reputation would be willing to waive a service call fee to send a more competent and responsive technician, unfortunately this was not the case. As such, I would not recommend this company given they aren’t even willing to spend the time on a phone call with a calm, yet dissatisfied customer.

the unit was inspected thouroughly by our technician which sat beside at the unit for a reasonable duration of time,
if any abnomalities within the duration of observation it should make noises as stated.
however its working fine no abnormalities.
If you ever encounter any noises during usage of appliance, best way to prove it is by recording it and send it to us for evaluation.
technician are equip with tools
for monitoring noise levels in decibels , if the noises is within acceptable range when its running therefore thats how our technicians make conclusions.

Two stars for the fix and timely scheduling, but what these guys charged me for the fix was so, so high. I'm reasonable about these kinds of things, but almost $700 to replace a drain pump on a washing machine was a shock to the system. And they weren't even going to provide me with an invoice with a breakdown of the costs had I not asked for one, they just kept messaging me to ask when I was going to pay. Please try other companies, I regret going with Advance Appliance.
Quickly got the job done! Mark was awesome. My dryer was quickly fixed, cleaned and working within the hour. Before and after photos were taken which was great because you never really know just how gross your appliances get!
