Advanced appliance was dispatched to our home through a Home Depot warranty program to assess our dishwasher, which was making an abnormal noise (for two years we could not hear the dishwasher running when we were standing in the kitchen, we can now hear it in our bedroom upstairs). The technician who came to our house looked inside the dishwasher for about 30 seconds, then sat beside it for half an hour while it ran, watching videos on his phone in another language. After that he informed us that this was “normal” and despite us indicating it had never made this sound for 2 years of operation, he refused to inspect it further. After trying to get Home Depot to resolve the issue and send a new technician from a different company and having no luck, I called Advanced Appliance directly to see if they would send a different technician to our home. I was told I was not able to speak directly to a manager, and the receptionist simply read me the report of the original technician and said they would not send anyone else. I was hopeful a small business seeking a solid reputation would be willing to waive a service call fee to send a more competent and responsive technician, unfortunately this was not the case. As such, I would not recommend this company given they aren’t even willing to spend the time on a phone call with a calm, yet dissatisfied customer.

the unit was inspected thouroughly by our technician which sat beside at the unit for a reasonable duration of time,
if any abnomalities within the duration of observation it should make noises as stated.
however its working fine no abnormalities.
If you ever encounter any noises during usage of appliance, best way to prove it is by recording it and send it to us for evaluation.
technician are equip with tools
for monitoring noise levels in decibels , if the noises is within acceptable range when its running therefore thats how our technicians make conclusions.
