I honestly don’t have the words to thank Adrian enough for everything he did for my mum and our family. When my mum passed away, nothing about arranging her funeral was simple. Her wish was to be taken back to her homeland of Italy, and the whole process turned into months of stress, paperwork, delays, and constant back-and-forth.
She passed in November, and it took until January to finally get everything sorted. Through all of it, Adrian just didn’t give up. He dealt with so much behind the scenes, and I genuinely don’t know how we would’ve got through it without him.
What really stood out was that he was always there. Day or night, whenever we had a question or were worried about something, he picked up the phone and talked us through it. He never made us feel like we were a burden or asking too much. He made us feel looked after when we really needed it.
Adrian wasn’t just professional — he was kind, patient, and human. He truly cared about making sure my mum’s final wishes were honoured, and that means everything to us. I’ll always be grateful for what he did, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone going through such a painful time.
