Just wow martin from adoptive smashed it after we had used an electrician for our internet/data needs and lets just say a bodged mess was left. Fantastic work by Martin and Paul. Our network was a mess and now it's setup and working fantastically well. The guys came out on a Tuesday to assess and then came in on a Sunday to get it fixed out of hours. It was a critical fix for our day to day business activities.

It was great working with Martin. He was pro-active in advising me of why I was experiencing issues with my emails appearing in recipients junk/spam folder and he got that resolved. He was even more valuable when my laptop decided to have funny turn one morning and he got it back to life on the same day, which was invaluable! I'm glad to have met with Martin and it's great to know I have some experienced for when needed.

Despite being quite comfortable with IT, I had no idea what Microsoft 365 could do to help me at work. Martin introduced me to SharePoint; guiding me through creating a purposeful platform with the relevant settings etc. I now absolutely love it and have managed to get even the biggest technophobe using SharePoint. Following this I was intrigued to discover what else I could do with the different apps. My desk is no longer littered with post-it notes, projects have got a clear plan that has allowed me to collaborate efficiently with my colleagues and time has been saved through simply using the @ to ping notifications rather than sending emails with attachments. Thank you Martin for supporting me with reducing my workload and encouraging a more collaborative approach.
