I understand things happen but this location is notorious for canceling appointments at the last minute but will penalize clients for canceling without 24-hour notice. This is wrong considering we have children with special needs. Our children thrive off routine and when sessions are canceled at the last minute it disrupts the child’s routine and crates an even more stressful day for the child and parent(s).

My name is Anthony Mosley. Kristen, Michal and Ashtyn (Adult OT/Speech) are the best. I think you should give them all raises because its not just a job. They are helping because they can! You should have more workers like them. Dedicated people like that and good help is hard to find. I'm internally grateful for them.

I just finished my last session of physical therapy here and I honestly can’t say enough good things. I had ankle reconstruction surgery in September 2025, and since starting here I’ve been able to do so much more than I could before and have gained so much confidence in my movement again.
I had previously done physical therapy back home in Boston, but from my very first session here I could immediately tell how much more hands-on and thorough the care was. The use of techniques like e-stim, icing after sessions, and the overall attention to recovery really stood out to me and made a huge difference in my progress.
Alexis and Gavin were both amazing to work with. They are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress. On top of that, they made every session so enjoyable — always joking around and creating such a fun, positive environment, which made recovery so much easier.
I’m honestly so sad to be done because I truly looked forward to coming in every time. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done and would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy!

Adler Therapy Group is a cut ABOVE any PT group I have ever encountered! All the Therapist are highly trained and work with compassion! Especially Steve! He leads the Gainsborough practice. Steve really knows his craft! All aspects of PT are explained & supervised safely & under strict supervision! I felt safe, not overworked and received much progress! All of the therapist in the Gainsborough practice are just great and they make your therapy time fun and encouraging! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADLER THERAPY GROUP AT GAINSBOROUGH SQUARE IN CHESAPEAKE, FOR THE BEST CARE & SUCCESS!
