Steve was terrific - I had a pretty specific list of what I was looking for to purchase in the greater Lake Placid area. Steve listened, set up showings, and literally just a couple of weeks after contacting him to act as a buyer’s agent I put an offer in on my dream ski lodge. It bears mentioning, too, that when I was closing Steve and Brooks had a family emergency. While at this point everything could be handled by my attorney, both checked in frequently and made themselves available. I would not have expected this, given the circumstances, but it shows that this team will go the extra mile. Cannot recommend them enough!

We worked with Ben Breckenridge to buy our dream camp a few months back. The week after closing he suited up in chaps and a helmet and sawed down a dead tree that was jamming up our view. What he couldn’t do himself, Ben helped us line up contractors to do the rest. We’re just over 4 months after closing and we’re moving in (literally on the Plattsburgh ferry RN) ahead of schedule. We always wanted a second home in the Lake Placid area. A friend recommended we speak with Steve and Brooks Reynolds. They were honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with from the first phone call through closing. Brooks took the time to show us various properties from Jay to Saranac Lake while we tried to figure out what options we had in market with a very limited inventory. On our second trip up Brooks showed us the perfect property. We decided to make an offer and Brooks guided us through the entire process with confidence and ease. Purchasing real estate can be a stressful process anywhere, but when you are hundreds of miles away it can be even more so, but not when working with Brooks and Steve. Brooks’ professional recommendations for local lenders, inspectors, insurance agents, and attorneys were all as pleasurable to work with as her and Steve.
