I would highly recommend Shane as a psychologist. I saw him for my ADHD assessment and found him to be very personable, warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
He guided me through the process clearly and efficiently and explained executive functioning in a way that finally made sense to me. I was genuinely surprised by how much of what he described felt familiar, even though I thought that, having a child on the spectrum, I already understood ADHD well. I quickly realised I had only scratched the surface.
Shane is not standoffish or distant, which can sometimes be the case with clinicians. He is down-to-earth, human, and easy to talk to, and that really matters at this stage of life. It felt like a one-to-one conversation with someone who truly understands, rather than being spoken to from behind a white coat.
Brilliant service. I'm reviewing on behalf of my father, but having been diagnosed myself elsewhere I can say it was so thorough in the best way. His psychologist was Diogo Santos, he was so lovely to deal with very understanding and patient with us and all our questions. He definitely put my dad at ease and made the whole thing alot less stressful. He also gave us information on the services and support available for after diagnosis which I my opinion are just as important as the diagnosis, when I was diagnosed the practice I went to didn't offer anything like this. Needless to say so far we're very happy with the service and both of us will be making use of the support services provided. Highly recommended.
The steps to begin treatment were simple and easy to navigate, I appreciated that as an ADHD person.
Psychologist Shane Wolsen conducted my assessment. He’s exceptionally kind which put me at ease and facilitated my ability to speak openly about my experience. He was informative, explaining what was going to happen exactly, and handled the whole process with thoughtfulness and care.
Psychiatrist Faheem Khan was efficient and resourceful in the decision-making and review processes regarding medication choice. He provided documents detailing the available options, and his advice was precise and straight to the point. His support gave me clarity in deciding which option to go for, and upon reviewing suitability, dose adjustments were made promptly according to my needs.
I’m glad I decided to use ADHD Now to facilitate my ADHD treatment. The process was smooth and the team was incredibly helpful, giving me a positive experience from start to finish.

Working with Mary Horgan has been the easiest part of the diagnostic process. Mary is expert in using her medical perspective. She has worked with me to treat the symptoms that affect my daily functioning and has made such a difference to my life in such a short time. I felt really listened to, and cared for. Through the check-in process she helped to adjust the doses of medication to find a level that works best. I can’t thank her enough for the help and support, really appreciate it.

I have had a very positive experience with ADHDNow, I had suspected it for years. Was on a hse wait list for over 9 months only to be told they had no consultant which cost me accessing support in third level.
From reaching out to meeting for my first assessment with the psychologist was like 2-3 weeks. The consultants (Dr Vishnu and Dr Basil) were so warm, friendly patient. They spend time walking through the process and answering my questions. It very much felt that WE were working together. Definitely worth it

I got my own diagnosis with adhd now in January 2025, I followed that with having my eldest child assessed there too, they were very good with the child and really made him feel included in the process.
