I used ADHD Now for both my son Charlie and myself.
The biggest positive is the speed of the assessment process. From initial contact through to diagnosis, everything was efficient and relatively straightforward. The clinicians we dealt with were professional and the diagnosis process itself was clear and well organised.
However, I felt the service changed significantly once the diagnosis was completed. The assessment stage felt supported, but afterwards the experience became much less personal. A lot of communication seemed to rely on automated emails and information sheets rather than direct guidance, and I often found myself unsure of the next steps.
I was also surprised by the lack of communication between ADHD Now and my GP. As a patient, it felt like I was responsible for bridging that gap myself, which added stress at a time when I was already trying to understand a new diagnosis and treatment plan.
In addition, many aspects of ongoing support felt like additional paid add-ons rather than part of a joined-up service. While I understand that specialist services have costs, I would have appreciated more continuity of care and follow-up after diagnosis.
Overall, if you’re looking for a quick and efficient route to assessment and diagnosis, ADHD Now delivers on that. I just think there is room for improvement in the post-diagnosis support, communication, and coordination of care.

Stated from offset that I did not want to go down the medication route and that coping mechanisms is the way in which I would like to go. Was told yeah the hold time straggled along and asked for more money only to be prescribed medication at the end of the process.
Staff are friendly but I would definitely avoid and try other alternatives.

My wife and I have both had assessments here, and it has been a wonderful experience overall. While there can sometimes be gaps between appointment stages, they are incredibly flexible and accommodating, even offering earlier slots when needed. I was also impressed by the thoughtful discount they provided because my wife had just completed her assessment. Despite what some say, our experience has shown they genuinely care about their patients. We’re so impressed that we’re planning an assessment for one of our kids this summer.

Unprofessional Company
Very unprofessional company. Although it’s quicker than other routes , it’s because it’s not as thorough a process, and trying to get money from you asap. I started to use them for medication, in which I found they did not carefully review my symptoms and simply kept increasing my dosage. In regards to payment ( my biggest issue) there isn’t a clear payment plan, and every so often they ask to pay another fee in order to get the same prescription as always without needing any consultation. Now, they expect an extra payment per month, so every single month on top of paying for already expensive necessary medication, they want you to pay a fee directly to them - for doing nothing but repeating the same prescription as the month before. They seem to be just a money hungry company that take advantage of people who have no choice but to pay the fees as they are dependent on the medication.

I have been using ADHD now for the last 9 months and it has a real pleasure. I have been dealing with Vishnu and Elaine and they have been patient with me, in depth answered to my questions and of I don't understand they break it down until.

I was initially a little sceptical about going through an ADHD assessment with an online service, but I can honestly say I'm very glad I did.
After my GP told me there was a 4 year waiting list for adult ADHD assessments in the public system, and that I couldn't even be added to the list because of the demand, I felt somewhat hopeless. ADHD Now provided an option at a time when it felt like there weren't any.
I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the process was. From my assessment through to starting treatment only took about two months, which felt remarkably quick considering the challenges many people face accessing adult ADHD services.
The assessment process with Rocío was straightforward, relaxed, and much less daunting than I expected. She was warm, easy to talk to, and took the time to really listen. I definitely felt understood which made a huge difference.
Dr Pradeep was equally supportive throughout the titration process. He was always patient, compassionate, and approachable, and I never felt like just another patient. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he took them seriously and helped me work through them.
The customer support team have also been excellent. Every query I've had has been answered promptly and thoughtfully, and everyone I've dealt with from start to finish has been kind and helpful.
Getting assessed and treated for ADHD has had a profoundly positive impact on my life, and I'm genuinely grateful to the whole team at ADHD Now for the care and support they provided. I've already recommended them to several people and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.
