I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my husband and I's experience with Jorge and his family. We came in wanting to reimagine my engagement ring using my original center stone, and somehow they turned the ring I had always pictured in my head into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Jorge and I designed the entire setting together in about an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful, giving me suggestions along the way and, more importantly, explaining the reasoning behind each one. But what I appreciated most was that he never made me feel like there was a “right” choice. He always came back to the fact that at the end of the day, it was my ring and I was the one who needed to absolutely love it. I felt completely comfortable trusting his expertise while still making the design feel entirely my own. The whole experience was also just so personal. We loved that this is a family-owned and operated business, and everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, communicative, and genuinely excited about the ring. Jorge is not only amazingly talented and knowledgeable, but just such a lovely person. We ended up talking about family, travel, and everything in between, and they really have a way of making you feel like family rather than just a customer. And the finished ring… I genuinely could not love it more. It is the most gorgeous ring and somehow exceeded everything I had envisioned for it. I still can’t stop looking at it! We will absolutely be coming back for any future jewelry pieces. If you are considering having something custom made or reimagining a piece you already own, I cannot recommend Jorge and his family enough. They are truly incredible at what they do, and I’m so grateful they created my dream ring!

Wonderful family owned business who takes great care of their customers. This is the third time I have had custom jewelry made. Both my husband and mother passed and they worked with me to make meaningful pieces from my husband's wedding band and class ring - including a pendent made from the stone of the class ring. Beautiful rings made for my sisters and I from my parents jewelry. An amazing way to honor our family and have heirloom pieces. They are so willing to help and while my circumstances were sad, they were so compassionate which made it a wonderful experience.

I have known Jorge Adeler for over 40 years. He is the same, solid guy I met at Shanty Town in Ocean City, Maryland (except he's a little older and has grown daughters who work with him!). I have bought rings, earrings, necklaces and all are one of a kind (and as I just found out recently, guaranteed for life as my wife's custom-designed diamond wedding ring needed a small repair after over thirty years of everyday wear). There is no better person or jeweler than Jorge. Val & Wendy are amazing too, and of course, Gachy!

I had such a great experience at Adeler Jewelers. I went in to get my wedding ring fixed, and Jorge walked us through the entire process of how he was going to transform my ring. He took my ring that was not in great shape and made me a beautiful masterpiece. He was even able to add on a 20th anniversary ring combined with my wedding band and engagement ring He made me exactly what he drew out and what I wanted. Jorge is awesome! Thank you!!! Adeler Jewelers helped me design my dream pendant by repurposing a ring that I no longer wore. I showed them my inspiration and we sat down and sketched out the design. A few weeks later I picked up my gorgeous pendant! Their craftsmanship and professionalism is highly recommended. I'm so happy with my necklace and have received so many compliments already!

I recently asked Adeler Jewelers to create earrings using my grandchildren's birthstones. George spent a considerable amount of time educating me on the options that I had with each stone. This included the shape, size, expense and also the order in which I wanted them placed. Once the pair was created, although beautiful, they were difficult to put into my ear lobe. Thankfully, this was not a problem at all for Adeler jewelers. At no additional expense to me George re-designed the setting of the stones as shown in the photo. Also shown in the photo is my great grandmothers wedding ring that had to be resized and strengthened. As you can see in the photo the ring is very ornate, you cannot tell where the ring was made larger because of the expert craftmanship at Adeler Jewelers. I wouldn't go anywhere else for adjustment or purchase of jewelry.

I have absolutely no doubt that this is a high quality jeweler who would do an amazing job on any new piece. I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about having these jewelers look at a preexisting piece that this probably isn’t the place to go for that if you have a lab diamond or anything they might consider “lower quality.” I came here just to have my hidden halo design on my engagement ring looked at, and came away with negative commentary regarding other aspects of my ring that I didn’t ask about, as well as my choice to go with a lab diamond. It broke my heart to hear negativity about my engagement ring beyond what I had asked about. It literally made me break down in tears after leaving. Again, probably a great place to go for some high quality jewelry, but not where you want to go to have a “cheaper” piece redesigned because they might just make you feel bad about it :( I understand that the expense to redesign a ring with a lab diamond may not be worth it, but I felt that this could’ve been conveyed to me without making me feel bad about my ring.

Jorge and his family really live up to their high reputation. They take the time to listen to you and understand what you want when working with you on a design for custom jewelry. Jorge was able to design an anniversary band with gems that I had in other jewelry (that I rarely wore). The anniversary band turned out fantastic and now I will wear that on a daily basis. My husband had a jade ring given to him by his mother that he never wore, but really want to wear it as one way to remember her. Jorge designed a ring that included "hammered" as well as smooth metal and the jade now pops when you look at it. Just stunning. He can't wait to show it to the rest of the family. We highly recommend Adeler and are so happy we found them!

I went to Adeler last year after reading some reviews online, and I have to say, they really live up to their expectations. Jorge was extremely helpful and welcoming, and took the time to work one on one with me to design the best engagement ring for my wife. He asked me my budget and what I was looking for, and he went to work. Within a week-ish, the ring was ready and I couldn't believe how nice it turned out. We just went back recently and sat down with Jorge again for his help with picking out wedding bands, and after sizing, they are beautiful and I can't wait to wear it all the time. And my wife is very happy with her rings too. I will be going back for sure.
