Verified Company
The company uses a very bad delivery service, for that alone I would never order from them again and save myself a headache. I initially ordered 2 radiators and they of course delivered one on one day and the second one on a different day. No updates. Just left them outside.
One of the 2 radiators just died suddenly 2 months in. Luckily the company said they will send me a new one (thus 2 stars instead of 1). First "update" about the delivery time was a 6am email and then ten minutes later drop off of the electric radiator. I was not there (due to lack of any update on timing) so they just left it. Outside. At the building entrance. In the rain!!
AND they also sent me the WRONG size radiator, a much smaller one than I purchased. So too small for the room. They claimed they did not know what size to send?! Despite the fact they only sent it based on my previous order, to replace the faulty one they sent me. I guess they didn't think of checking/reading my order. Or even asking me despite 10 emails back and forth. I will update if they die again soon and how that will be resolved.
