Called them when locked out. They were with me in 20 minutes and got me back into my flat. They then diagnosed the issue with my lock and made sure the door and lock were in the best possible working order until the following day when they came back and fitted a new lock.
Very honest and gave prices up front before starting the work. Genuinely great service all around.
Adapt Locks were absolute lifesavers! My key snapped in the house lock and my daughter and I were stuck outside. Even though it was a Sunday, they arrived within 10 minutes of my call and had us back inside within 30 minutes. Incredibly reliable, professional, and friendly service. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
5 star service. Simon answered the phone, I explained the issue with the front door latch. He understood immediately what it could be, and popped over 10 mins later. Identified the issue in minutes once he saw it, shared the price which was agreed, and got work fixing the door.
Also re-aligned door as dropped a bit and was polite about my diy attempt previously to fix the drop 😆
Cannot praise Simon enough for the work and the information he shared about how to look after the door, locks and hinges.

Called at 1am on a Friday night and even though he was busy, he still answered and came over first thing Saturday morning. Was a tricky lock on our side door, and because the other locks in the house are old even ended up getting the back door changed as well. A great guy and a great service!
