Great WAV hire experience. The car itself was great and very user friendly, they gave me a demo when they dropped it off. The admin team were very responsive and the whole thing was arranged quickly a week before hire. They let you know what time they will drop off and pick up etc and give you a call when on their way too. Would use again and recommend.
Would highly recommend, made the whole process so simple and easy to book and arrange. Couldn't be more helpful. Vehicle was great and exactly what we needed. Unexpectedly we were moving my mum from Hospital to a Care Home half way up the country just after Christmas, so was a very sad and stressful time all round. Adapted Vehicle Hire really helped and made it so much easier. Absolutely Brilliant!
AVH were incredibly helpful and communicative, answering any and all questions quickly and clearly. It was an amazing hire experience with the company, not to mention a wonderful car which accompanied us on our getaway. The drop-off and pick-up teams were efficient and professional too.

Easy to contact, any queries answered promptly. Vehicle delivered on time and handover given by delivery driver on how to use wheelchair ramp etc. Vehicle in good condition. Using AVH gave us the opportunity to have our dad home and to spend Christmas Day as a family which was something we did not think would happen. Would use AVH in the future.
Assisted by Holly, we hired a vehicle for 4 weeks over Christmas, very easy to deal with, ordered over the phone, vehicle delivered clean and perfect for the job, made life much easier when loading a wheelchair user, vehicle collected at end of hire, a good company to deal with, friendly helpful staff, will definitely use again
Fantastic company to deal with! I hired an adapted vehicle for over the Christmas period and the whole process was superb! The interaction I had with one of the employees, Emma, was brilliant! A true asset to the company and she should be rewarded for her professionalism and courteous manner!
This was the second time I have hired a vehicle from adaptive vehicle hire, and I have quite specific requirements as being wheelchair bound and using a large electric wheelchair. Avh were very easy to deal with. We live in Sussex but our own vehicle broke down whilst we were in Yorkshire. Avh came to the rescue and delivered a van to us in Yorkshire and picked it up from us at home in Sussex. It was all very hassle-free.
