Emma offered great customer service! Needed a wheelchair accessible vehicle in a hurry to get my Mother to an Emergency hospital stay. Made an enquiry at 4.50pm and collected at 11.00am the next day. The vehicle was immaculate and had all the features needed. Curtis explained clearly the vehicle operation and controls. And was happy to keep going through it till I was confident. Thanks again to the team for making it a smooth and easy hire that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful, they were able to arrange hire of a wheelchair accessible vehicle at fairly short notice and at a reasonable cost. No issues whatsoever with the vehicle or the service, the demonstration of the vehicle on collection was also very useful.

Best place to rent a wav in the Heathrow area. Susan is the best, taking care of any issues that popped up. Definitely will use their services again next year.
