We hired an AVH Ltd Renault Trafic for 10 days in September. As tourists from New Zealand, we had trouble hiring an accessible vehicle through other companies. AVH were very helpful and dropped off and picked up the vehicle at two different locations Emma was very helpful and accommodating when we made several changes to our booking. We loved the Renault Trafic. It was very neat and tidy and we were able to fit all our luggage including a shower chair and travel hoist in the vehicle. I would highly recommend AVH Ltd!

I’m a paraplegic in a wheelchair. I was nervous about hiring a car as it was my first time but the guys a avh was great. Cost roughly £250 for the weekend hire of a Kia Niro. Petrol consumption was surprisingly really good. 1 thing I didn’t like was the plastic on the back of the seats! I put my seat back and the wheelchair on the back seat, as carefull as I was my wheelchair Caught it a little.on the plastic . This caused me anxiety as I’ve heard horror stories from minor damage and deposits( not from this company ) I explained on the phone and they couldn’t have been more understanding. Thankyou I’ll be back. I’d highly recommend this company if you want a car like I did these are the guys to see

First time ever hiring and using a WAV car, friendly helpful staff all went well. Cant recommend Emma enough, she was friendly and made the entire process easy. The vehicle itself was clean and tidy and easy enough to use. Helpful that the delivery staff showed how to use the car with a great video being emailed by Emma.
