Great hotel delivery and pickup service. We had an issue with one of the 2 scooters and they sent out a technician to the hotel while we were out exploring. Would use them again!

Very efficient service. More expensive than other mobility hire but worth it for the home delivery/collection plus lesson on how to use it too. The mobility scooter itself was ideal for my grandma to use whilst we were on holiday. Very simple to use given she’d never used one before, plus the fold up element made it particularly handy.
Excellent service on time.

We were in London for 10 days. Our son couldn't walk long distances, so we need a wheelchair. We ordered an wheelchair, the communication was good and friendly, delivery was fast and took place at the agreed time. It was very comfortable for him, so he was able to take part of the activities.

Scootmobiel voldoet niet aan
I rented a mobility scooter from them back in March. I had to book so early because otherwise, they wouldn't have had any left for July. I paid via PayPal so that if anything went wrong, I could quickly file a complaint and request a refund. On day one, the scooter was supposed to have a range of over 20 km. It didn't. The ad stated 12.5 miles. As a result, on the very first evening, we had to take a taxi back to the hotel costing 111 euros. I immediately informed Adapt-a-Hom at the hotel. They couldn't believe it; they claimed the scooter was brand new. Yeah, right—but what about the costs? They suggested I try it for another day, but it still wouldn't go further than 10 kilometers. I’m not renting this thing for fun; my daughter had to push it back to the hotel under a lot of stress, and together we managed to get it onto the metro. It really ruined what was supposed to be a fun Harry Potter day. This was meant to be a lovely week; unfortunately, I am terminally ill, so making beautiful memories is important to me. I complained to the rental company again. Finally, I spoke to someone who actually took responsibility, and that same afternoon a different scooter arrived—it wasn't foldable, but I didn't care about that. I just wanted it to perform as advertised. This one worked perfectly. I also indicated that I was willing to pay for this, but so far, I’ve received absolutely no response—which is surprising, given all the positive reviews.
I hope I get a response now.

We were traveling in London and needed a wheelchair to get around. Ethan was very helpful in every step of the process, from finding what we needed, to delivering to our hotel, and communicating whenever we needed something. The chair was light and easy to deliver. I had a group of kids and one had a handicap so I rented a wheelchair for his needs. This company Made everything easy and we were able to give the kid the greatest opportunity to see and visit London . Thank you for your assistance

We rented Equinox smart folding mobility scooter for 4 days early June. The equipment is as pictured - good, easy for my 90-year old mom to operate. It allowed her to travel a long distance without hurting her knees/hips. Best decision for this family overseas trip😄
We searched a couple of suppliers who provide this mobility scooter rental services, and have found AdaptAHome scooter very easy to deal with - clear explanations, prompt responses to our queries, convenient delivery and collection, and good price. Strongly recommended.
Abdul Rehman, the engineer who delivered and collected the scooter, is very efficient and polite. 5-star services✨✨
