So happy that the sticker from Adams Door was on my garage door! I had an issue with mine, it wouldn't close all the way. Called them on Monday, spoke with Tim and Dylan came out and explained because of the age of the door he'd have to do some research. Received a call later, Dylan had an estimate on what had to be done. I was amazed at the price! Said they could do it Tues, that didn't work for me so asked if the job could be done on Wed. Wed morning was called and told Tyler would be over. Tyler arrived around 8:30 and had the door fixed around 9:15. Amazed how helpful, polite, and proficient they all were! I recommend Adams Door to anyone who needs help on repairs! Thank you Adams Door ; ;

These guys were great to work with. Dylan was always available to answer questions or concerns. From the first initial call to the time of install was only 4 weeks and that included getting other estimates which Adams Door beat hands down. I highly recommend them for any garage door install or replacement.

Adams did a great job installing 3 different models of openers across 5 doors in my building. After a winter time malfunction of two of the openers (no fault of Adams), Adams was quick to respond, getting the doors functioning again and installing temporary openers while the manufacturer addressed the root of the issue. If i had to do it all over again, I'd pick Adams.

The previous owner of my home converted my garage from manual to power himself, and that created exactly the kind of challenges you might imagine. I needed new openers, and it took some creative thinking, but I appreciate the time, attention, and teamwork they put in to get it done. My renters had misplaced their remote and had detached the motor from the door. Adams came to my rescue and fixed the motor, installed a keypad, programmed a new remote, and greased up the components of my door, all while shivering in some LOW temps outside. I am so grateful for their quick response and their professional work! I will call them again!

Absolutely amazing after hours service. We had an incident where the garage door got backed into from inside the garage, the garage door got bent and the wheels were off the track and we couldn't get it to close properly. Jim Lance came right out after hours after getting my voicemail he was here within 25 minutes. Within about 15 minutes My garage door was opening and closing again and it was bent back into position. I would recommend Adam's door for any of your needs as they are reasonably priced and do incredibly good work.

Called for a repair / replace quote at 8AM, after submitting a request from their website at 7AM. They have all my contact info in submitted form and given verbally over the phone to the scheduler. Scheduler confirmed they saw the website request. Scheduler committed that a person could come out that day to take a look and provide a quote on what needs to be done. 7 hours later, at 3pm, I call back to check if they are still going to be able to come out and where I'm at on their priority list as no visit to this point was made. The scheduler goes offline to check with their people and calls me back. Again, they commit there is a person out and about who is still going to come today after they finish up on their current task. Bottom line - person never came or cared to attempt a reschedule. A follow up call the following day was also not made by the company to see about a reschedule. So, my experience with this business is they have some problems keeping the customer in mind and tracking where their future customer are at in the process. I hired someone else. Adams Door Inc lost my business. Adams Door Inc - please contact me if you want to solve this business problem for other customers. I'll put processes in place that makes you wild amounts of money.

We used Adams Door Company out of Cedar Rapids to replace our 30 year old garage door and opener. Can't say enough about the experience.....easy to work with, very reasonably priced compared to the competition, and great service/install. Went with a CHI door (Mahogany color) and could not be happier. Jim Lance was very helpful and great to work with. We needed our garage door frame repaired and re-wrapped and Jim hooked us up with a local contractor to help with that work. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend and use again.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night - I called right away, left a voicemail, and they got back to me first thing Monday morning. Repair people were at our door just a bit after the phone call, and done 40 minutes later. Very reasonable pricing and great, friendly service!

Wonderful company to work with! Jeremy is a knowable and pleasant person to work with. He gave me an estimate and they stuck with it. The installers were efficient and also very pleasant and considerate. They neglected to bring an important part and were very apologetic, but as soon as the blizzards and the dangerously freezing temperatures were over they were right here to finish the job. I certainly recommend this company.

We just had a wood cedar garage door installed today. I took them about 2 hrs. Also when ordering the grage door the sales person was easy to talk to and and it was a easy process. 4 weeks later I get a call that the grage door was not stained It was post to be stained. So I called Jim and he got to the bottom of it and found out what happen. It wasn't adams garage doors fault it was the third company that built them messed up. So I had to wait another 4 weeks. A little frustrated but how Jim handled it and how fast the grage door came back I was impressed. This place is all about customer service and making there customer come first. So I highly recommend this place if you are going to get a garage door.
