We had great service. Our old garage door opener was 16 yrs old and lived a good life, but needed replaced. The technician, Steve showed me why it wasn't working and suggested two different options. He went right to work and replaced with new Liftmaster door opener w/camera and keyless entry. He explained how to use opener and suggested the MyQ app on our phone so we can see if door is open and you can open/close garage door virtually. We also can be notified if garage door is being opened or shutting. Very quiet. Love it! Steve was a pleasure and left his phone number if we had any questions.

Adams Door sent two employees to install a new garage door opener on our out building. They were both knowledgeable, professional and did a great job with the installation process and education as far as WiFi application etc.

Always fast, great service from Adams! I lowered my rating from 5 to 3 because they now charge on a “book” vs actual time basis. Recently had a circuit board replaced on an opener, took 35 minutes, but charged more time. A $350 job became $420. I was lucky they still had a board for a 2005 opener though!
