Andy did an excellent job doing our heat pump wInter maintenance this morning. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient giving me great confidence!
I purchased AC 365 Works summer/winter maintenance for my home in Brock, TX. Josh, serviced my heat pump yesterday; did an excellent job and corrected an issue with resistive heating coming on each time the heater ran. He fixed it by removing a jumper and reconfiguring the thermostat. I am a very satisfied customer; highly recommend.

Andy just serviced my Central A/C system and I'm extremely impressed by his thorough service work. This company has been servicing my equipment since we built the home even though the "builder" warranted the system through another contractor. AC Works is the best company to work with. Scheduling is easy and flexible and the technician worked thoroughly and efficiently to make sure my system is ready for winter (and did the same last spring for the AC.) I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

This is an outstanding company. They take the time to answer any questions you have. The technician was very thorough in making sure my heater was ready for this winter.
