Our experience with Acuity Advantage Home Watch was excellent starting from the first on site meeting at our home near Red Deer. All details of the home inspection process were explained to us in detail. After the initial meeting were convinced this was the company we wanted to take care of our home security needs. The inspection documents were sent to us in a timely manner and were very thorough. The staff are very professional and gave us great confidence in their abilities. I made arrangements with Acuity to keep up with insurance requirements (inspection every three days) after I moved my mom to a retirement home. Sandi in particular was very professional and helped me out several times with non related things like snow removal and lawn cutting and even recommendations with roof repairs as it was long term almost a whole year. I can't say enough good things about this company and the people running it. I was dealing with it long distance and without their help this would have been so much more of a burden. Highly recommended to say the very least.

Our deck needed staining and we contacted Sandi from Acuity Advantage to have it done. From start to finish it was a seamless and professionally done job. Wayne, the handyman impressed us because he was so meticulous with his work. He took hours to power wash our deck. His staining was similarly done in that meticulous fashion. We are thrilled with the results. I highly recommend working with Sandi and her team. She also looks after my 94 year old mother’s house. When she says she can do a job, she will get it done. Thanks Sandi! Deck is Kayu wood.

My first experience reaching out to Sandi, Founder Acuity Advantage Home Watch, was the summer of 2024. Based on her thoroughness and professionalism, I have no hesitation recommending Sandi or engaging her services in the future. We had a vacation planned and as would have it, some long awaited construction work in our home’s lower level presented as an opportunity to get it completed when we were away. I was not comfortable with having construction trades in our home without daily supervision and securing the premises for the night. Sandi understood my position and concerns. She took time to understand what was important to pay attention to in order to ensure a secure home. She asked many questions and suggested what details would help disguise the fact we were out-of-town. A report was completed and emailed daily with progress on the construction as well as evidence that the home was safe and secure. With Sandi’s daily attention to detail, I was completely at ease with having the construction work completed while we were away. We arrived home having everything we expected completed. This is the second year that we used Sandi to check in on our home while on vacation. Normally it is an easy task—water a couple of plants, bring in the mail and ensure that we didn't get robbed. But this year, in our excitement of packing a brand new vehicle (one day old), we put our fully stocked computer bag on hubby's motorcycle seat and then forgot all about it because the black case blended into the black motorcycle seat. We drove away without my wallet and ID in that case and I drove our new car on the highway to Kelowna not even knowing that I was breaking the law. Once in Kelowna we realized our mistake, called Sandi and she Fed Exed the wallet to us quickly (we were only in Kelowna for 3 days) and it arrived in time for me to legally drive for the rest of our vacation. We were very anxious and Sandi put us at ease, stating, "This is what I am here for." We look forward to using her professional services for our next vacation.
