This is the second time we've used them. I called on Friday afternoon and technician would come out the the afternoon. When they did not show up, I texted them late in the day asking what happened. Drew called and apologized, he mistakenly canceled our appt. He was here in about 30 minutes. Even in this awful heat (the unit is in the attic) he was so nice and explained what was going on with the drainlines, made suggestions and fixed the problem. Highly recommend them!

Earlier I posted a 1 star review for this company due to some dissatisfaction I had. Upon seeing my review and discussing with me the owner refunded me completely and understood my issue. It is few and far between that you will find a company that will stand by their work and honor their commitments. It is for that reason this is now a 5 star rating. You won’t find better customer service than that.

I cannot say enough good things. One of my two AC units quit late on a Saturday night and I had a flight out of town early Monday morning. I reached out to several companies, including the company I have a maintenance plan with. AC Today was the company that could come the fastest (early Sunday morning). The technician was able to help me get the unit running again over the phone at no charge. But I had the technician come out anyway to inspect the systems. The technician explained much to me and showed me the diagnostic results that were causing the unit to underperform and made the repairs. As far as I’m concerned, I won’t have anyone else service my HVAC systems.

Called these guys to get a second opinion on an HVAC issue. First guy charged me $200+ for coming out, was not able to fix the issue, then quoted me another $1,000 for a replacement part. James Melton came out later that afternoon and had the A/C running again in 15 minutes. Will be my go-to for HVAC work moving forward.
