I've just bought 2 outside doors from Active. The doors, locking mechanism, fittings and trims are the very best quality. The fitter was a perfectionist - double-checking measurements, constant use of spirit-level and cleaning up as he went along. He wouldn't even apply silicone until the area was totally dust-free. Friendly and responsive customer service with good guarantees. All in all, a stress-free project with 2 doors which we're delighted with.

I am delighted with the doors and windows provided and installed by this company. The experience was exemplary from start to finish. Lewis called initially to discuss what was required and estimate the cost which I was very pleased with. Shortly afterwards Tony and Dan arrived at an agreed time to fit everything which they completed within two days. Norman the owner of the firm popped in on a regular basis to ensure all was well and to my satisfaction. All in all, I could not have employed a nicer bunch of fellas and it is pleasing to know there are still highly skilled professional people out there. Highly recommended.

A very positive experience from start to finish, came out measured up, and supplied a quote promptly, also very friendly and actually super informative about the job details, i.e. manufactured by them, installed by there team, window information like vents etc. Also when we needed to adjust the quote and remove one window it was absolutely no problem and the price was adjusted accordingly. Very happy with the cost, it came in the same as one other company but these guys seem to have there whole business in order. I am so happy to see a company who takes pride in there service, product and customer satisfaction. I am so happy with how the windows look and function, its like they are not even there they are so clear. The inside finish is a high standard and the windows seal and cills are excellent, there is vents and child saftey clips also. I have no hesitation in recommending Active Windows and will use them again in future. If anything the only thing that could have been improved upon is the installation time which happened quite a few months after we accepted the quote, but I didnt mind waiting. The team did a super job. Thanks again.

We had windows, doors and conservatory replaced at the end of 2023. Last night during all that rain the letterbox leaked a lot!! I rang this morning and within the hour the guys had come and fixed the problem. That's what I call customer service. It's not only about the product (which is great) but about how they deal with any issues that arise. We'll done Active!!

Would like to say a huge thank you to Norman and team for a professional service from start to finish and their prices are great also. Had bow window fitted by Tony and Scott and they have done a brilliant job, also tidied property when finished. I would definitely recommend active windows.

Had old french doors replaced. Small scratch on one of the windows. This was replaced quickly with no fuss. Would definitely recommend using this company.
