Thanks to the team at Active Windows..just had all my Windows and doors replaced at a reasonable cost and to a very high standard. Scott and his dad (sorry didn't get name) were brilliant and did a fantastic job, and I love my new windows. Would definitely recommend Active Windows. Had old french doors replaced. Small scratch on one of the windows. This was replaced quickly with no fuss. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Replaced double glazing to all house windows (NE34)
This is the third time this company has replaced windows for me and other family members. Excellent service from the young lad pricing the job to the fitters. They gave us a date for the work to be completed which they kept to. The product was good and the price was excellent. Would not use anybody else and would highly recommend.

I have been very impressed with Active Windows and Doors. Right from the start when I needed a quote and was thinking of replacing my windows, Lewis was very helpful and professional. He measured my windows and gave me a few prices on replacing different combinatons of windows. They were genuine quotes with no hard sell and I was left to think about what I wanted to do. I did drop into the showroom just to check things out and again they could not have been more polite and helpful. I am delighted with my windows and have told all of my family and friends about Active Windows. Thank you again.

Very reasonable prices with Brilliant workmanship. Had my whole house fitted out with new quality A grade windows and doors. Can't believe how much quieter the house is now and everything is fitted to a Brilliant standard. Would definitely recommend.

Installation of bay windows (NE38)
Had two bay windows replaced large one in lounge smaller in bedroom delighted with new windows great team from active and a great job done.The lads were courteous well mannered and very tidy in their work as they did a good job and left no mess after they finished. A good bunch and many thanks for a job well done.

Fit new backdoor and double window. (NE37)
Active fitted a new back door as well as a vertical double window. Pricing matched or was below some other local companies. When they turned up to do the job I was working in the kitchen and was able to observe somewhat; I was impressed with the care and attention they took with the fitting. In fact, they did a better job than the (defunct) firm who originally installed my windows about 18 years ago. There was one hiccup, "normal" glass has been supplied for one of the windows instead of the obscured glass ordered, but this was quickly rectified. I would happily use Active again.

Replacement windows and doors (NE38)
Could not fault them. From the day Lewis came lout to give us a quote to the day the windows and doors were fitted they were fantastic. When they said they would turn up they did, the fitters were friendly and efficient nothing was too much trouble and they cleaned up after themselves even brushing debris off the roof. Would definitely recommend them .

Fuss free service. Door was fitted quickly and we are happy with the look. A slight adjustment was needed the next day but the work was carried out quickly with no inconvenience. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. No hesitation to use again

11 Windows replaced in a full upstairs terraced flat (NE9)
Great experience from quote to measurements taken to installation. Kept up to do date throughout. Price as per quote. The team were on time and finished before expected end date. They were friendly, respectful of the property, tidy and the workmanship was fantastic. The windows were finished to a high standard and all rubbish was taken away. Would recommended.
