I have stayed at the Acorn before and was happy to return. A good friend lives nearby and the Acorn proves a home from home base for my visits, plus it is fabulously well located for everything down town on the days when I am entertaining myself, or traveling to and fro.

Comfortable place to stay Very nice staff, let me store my bag for a few hours after check out. Room was nice, but small, and with a good view. Location was good as well. I felt this was average for the value.

We would return for an overnight stay! Rooms are nice and clean. The only issue was how thin the walls are. We could hear both sides of someone’s telephone conversation at 10pm, accompanied by their snoring the rest of the night. So something to bear in mind. Other than that great stay and only a 20 minute walk to the OVO. Breakfast was excellent! Even with our teenager’s picky friend!

I booked the hotel as it was close to Alliance française, where I was to seat for an exam. I booked for a night and left It was a nice hotel in a serene environment. The rooms are clean and the hotel is close to shops as well for easy convenience. I got real value for my money to be honest.

Excellent friendly service from Kevin. Great breakfast. Easy walk into town centre (plenty of Ubers too). Nice comfortable room. Limited other facilities. On street parking outside. Good value for money.

Returning customer Hotel is located a 25minute walk from the city centre and a 20 minute walk from my concert venue the SECC. As a returning customer I was pleased the previous standards have been maintained. The hotel is clean, the staff and hosts are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are excellent. I have already booked my return trip for next year.

Great little hotel with all I needed I enjoyed my stay at the Acorn Hotel. Extremely comfortable bed, central location, good breakfast and friendly staff. Good value for the price, too. It looks a bit dingy from the outside - it could benefit from some improved lighting outside and in the hallway - but it's fine once you get inside!

Great value, nice location, top hotel. I thought the Acorn was a great hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location is great! I loved being able to get straight out into the parks and easily to Sauciehall street for food and general excitement. Great value too, would recomment.
