The company moved me on 9/15/25. The workers was okay, but as I'm unpacking I'm noticing some of my things are broken, they also lost the screw bolts that was taken out of my bed and put nails in the place of the screws that was lost, they also didn't have the proper tools to take the bed apart everything was done manually which made the move longer. I more than likely would not use this company again. The only good thing about the move was they helped me put my T.V. in my truck and I gave them a $20 tip for that reason.

We are so thankful to ACM Movers. Let me tell you, we did not have an easy move. These guys worked tirelessly for 10.5 hours to make sure we got into our new home. They lifted, hoisted things from the street level up to our floor, squeezed up stairs, all with so much care and respect. This is an amazing team, they were all so nice and personable. We would recommend any day, seriously.

Martin and Andrew were incredible, they were both quick and careful with all my furniture and made the move in process really smooth and easy. They also helped me set up some of the furniture which was fantastic. Highly recommend ACM, amazing service at a really good price compared to other moving companies!

Moving is a pain no matter how you look at it. I found ACM after a company I used several times no longer offered service. They sent a team of 5 to move my family to a new home and I’ll tell you, this is the least stressed I’ve ever been during a move.
They handled all of our items with care even a big TV that I had been very anxious about. Disassembly, moving, then reassembling major furniture in the new home with ease and quickness. These guys are the real deal and I would recommend to anyone. Absolutely worth every dollar.

Just finished a move using ACM movers. I can’t say enough about how smoothly and professional the move went. Martin and El Brus were amazing! They wrapped all pieces of furniture. I live on the second floor and they got every piece out without any damage to the walls or furniture. They worked quickly and took care of every detail. This was an amazing smooth experience. I hired ACM movers because of their wonderful reviews and I wish more than anything that I could also give them 5 stars. I will say the men worked very hard and it was a very humid and long day. However, there are several issues that occurred which management has not resolved and I am very disappointed in that. I paid them and tipped them at the end of the job, so I did my part. I just wish that management would do their part. Be aware that they will give you an “estimate” over the phone, but when they arrive they walk thru and that “estimate” turns into a lot more $$$$$$. It is what it is regarding the cost because, they did work hard. However, the other issues that have not been resolved are very upsetting.
I saw your reply and want everyone to know that I have not received any reimbursement for the jewelry or damaged furniture. That is not good customer service, regardless of what your reply was.

I used this moving company twice. The first time in February 27,2025, they did a great job packing and moving items into storage no complaints there.
Unfortunately, my second experience was the complete opposite. The team that came to move my things out of storage was unprofessional and careless. One of the movers was speaking in another language and making comments about me and my children, which made me extremely uncomfortable
The movers left several of my items on the ground, told me they couldn't fit my washer and dryer through the door.(without even trying),and when they finally did, they damaged my door in the process. I was charged extra to move those items, when I brought up the damages, they brushed it off and didn't want to take any responsibility.
To make things worse, one of the movers asked can he use my bathroom, which he urinated all over my seat. He also left my king size bed frame which folds up for easy moving just lying in the hallway. I expected professional service, especially after a great first experience, but this second move was frustrating, stressful and unacceptable.
I wouldn't recommend this company based on my most recent experience on August 17,2025
