New Replacement gas boiler A big thank you to " A Class plumbing and electrical " for putting our boiler replacement as a priority in this cold weather. The two young installers Elliot and Lou are a credit to your company, my wife says they arrived on time both very polite and considerate taking time to minimise the dust while core cutting the flue hole and taking off their shoes when they had to walk on our carpets. They both worked through their dinner to make sure the job was finished in one day and cleared away all the rubbish. From accepting the quote to installation was only 3 days I couldn't be more happy I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs a local professional team.

Had them instal a air conditioning unit and 2 cooling units in our house. Were very hard working and did what they said they were going to do, if late or unable to do something they let me know, which is all you can ask for . Would recomend them as they are reasonable priced hard working and produce a quantity job at the end. Just waiting for our British summer to arrive to use it

I cannot recommend this company enough after initially calling them for an emergency callout back in November we have since had them out to do a boiler service and a few parts needed changing within the system. The lad that came to my mum has been amazing has gone above and beyond fixing the cupboard that the boiler was in and making it look like new again after several other companies have ruined it. Has been honest with my 82yr old mum And put her mind at rest Anyone that can do that is worth Their weight and gold. Thank you a class plumbing.

Quote: We selected A Class plumbing and electrical over four other competitor companies. Design: A Class accepted the changes we wanted after taking into consideration some of their competitors ideas and we accepted their advice in increasing the battery storage. Batteries: The Guarentee for the batteries increased over the original quote and we were advised of this extension which was passed on to us at the end of installation. Cleanliness: We were very impressed with the team as they tidied and hoovered at the end of each day. They all took their boots off when they walked through the house to get to the the attic. There was no smoking or vaping. Post installation: We have had support from A Class via Rhys even at the weekend. Overall: We are pleased with the quote, the installation team and the after sales service.

well all the rip off merchants havnt all been removed, they quote a price over the phone for a look. then charge you extra, so dont give details over the phone, find another company charged £72, for a nice clean van to go check a OAPS boiler, , didnt do anything but take a couple of photos and try and sell you a new boiler, shame on them.there less than an hour

So we can do this, please could you possibly call the office and provide us with your details and the job you are referring too. We have had a look back over the last month and can’t seem to find any jobs where we have had any issues like the ones you are describing.

My boiler broke tonight - on Christmas Day!! A Class sent someone out within 10 minutes of my call. Both John (the owner) and Paul who came out , were brilliant - efficient, polite, helpful. . It’s fixed (temporarily for now - because it’s Christmas!!) - but the service was spot on and the immediate problem is solved. Very grateful. Thank you!

To the calling out of the engineer Curtis all done in under 2 hours is absolutely fantastic service along with pleasent staff. I would highly recommend these guys for any work. I approached A Class because I had problems with the cowboy company installing my Solar installation. A Class guided me through the equipment I really should have had in the first place together with alternative scenarios for upgrading the system. After threatening legal action the cowboys finally put in what A Class had recommended, which works a treat! I'm sorry I didn't deal with A Class in the first place, but for any extension or upgrade they will be my first choice.
