From the first contact with Rhys everything was explained in detail of my needs for my solar panels. The team that fitted them explained step by step of what work they would be doing and were polite and tidied as they went. Would highly recommend A Class Plumbing and Electrical.

A Class Solar came to my rescue to install a new Solar & Battery system to deadline (due to personal circumstances). The team worked hard & diligently to keep to schedule despite some material failures (out of their control). Attention to detail was always key & the result not only looks good but performs better than expected. Thanks Guys.

Had them instal a air conditioning unit and 2 cooling units in our house. Were very hard working and did what they said they were going to do, if late or unable to do something they let me know, which is all you can ask for . Would recomend them as they are reasonable priced hard working and produce a quantity job at the end. Just waiting for our British summer to arrive to use it

I cannot recommend this company enough after initially calling them for an emergency callout back in November we have since had them out to do a boiler service and a few parts needed changing within the system. The lad that came to my mum has been amazing has gone above and beyond fixing the cupboard that the boiler was in and making it look like new again after several other companies have ruined it. Has been honest with my 82yr old mum And put her mind at rest Anyone that can do that is worth Their weight and gold. Thank you a class plumbing.

Quote: We selected A Class plumbing and electrical over four other competitor companies. Design: A Class accepted the changes we wanted after taking into consideration some of their competitors ideas and we accepted their advice in increasing the battery storage. Batteries: The Guarentee for the batteries increased over the original quote and we were advised of this extension which was passed on to us at the end of installation. Cleanliness: We were very impressed with the team as they tidied and hoovered at the end of each day. They all took their boots off when they walked through the house to get to the the attic. There was no smoking or vaping. Post installation: We have had support from A Class via Rhys even at the weekend. Overall: We are pleased with the quote, the installation team and the after sales service.

well all the rip off merchants havnt all been removed, they quote a price over the phone for a look. then charge you extra, so dont give details over the phone, find another company charged £72, for a nice clean van to go check a OAPS boiler, , didnt do anything but take a couple of photos and try and sell you a new boiler, shame on them.there less than an hour

My boiler broke tonight - on Christmas Day!! A Class sent someone out within 10 minutes of my call. Both John (the owner) and Paul who came out , were brilliant - efficient, polite, helpful. . It’s fixed (temporarily for now - because it’s Christmas!!) - but the service was spot on and the immediate problem is solved. Very grateful. Thank you!

Absolutely First Class device from this company from phoning Rebbeca and informing them of the problem. To the calling out of the engineer Curtis all done in under 2 hours is absolutely fantastic service along with pleasent staff. I would highly recommend these guys for any work. I approached A Class because I had problems with the cowboy company installing my Solar installation. A Class guided me through the equipment I really should have had in the first place together with alternative scenarios for upgrading the system. After threatening legal action the cowboys finally put in what A Class had recommended, which works a treat! I'm sorry I didn't deal with A Class in the first place, but for any extension or upgrade they will be my first choice.

I have recently used A-Class Plumbing & Electrical Ltd to install a new PV system including battery storage & associated inverter’s. In summary I am very pleased with my install, my A Class experience and I highly recommend them. A Class was recommended to me a by a neighbour who had a PV solution installed early 2023 and sang their praises. My initial contact with John ( the owner) was excellent, he is very knowledgeable (20 years of PV install experience) and helped guide me through the design of a solution that suited my house, and my aspirations. As we traveled through this process I saw the passion that John has for green energy and a desire to create a solution the met my needs. The design went through a couple of iterations for both components and price, and once we received the G99 approval it was full steam ahead. The scaffolding (Wyre Scaffolding) was excellent, the best we’ve had; it was both very sturdy and very Safe). The install onto a slate roof (29 panels) and into my loft (2 inverters, 4 batteries) took just 5 working days, and I met 6 members of the A-Class team. There were typically 3 on site at any time. All were very amiable, professional, hard working, Technically very competent, and took great care in ensuring their element of the install was undertaken to the very best of their abilities. Each step was photographed to provide visibility of the workmanship across the A-Class team, and there was a solid desire to create a solution in a very neat and tidy fashion. Dan, the on site team leader, and professional electrician kept me in the loop all the way through the install to ensure I finished up with the install I desired. He was excellent in this role. In conclusion I have really enjoyed the experience of the A-Class team, they are exceptionally good, and I can not recommend them enough. If you are after a PV / Battery install, look no further. They really are very good, I cannot think of anything they could have done better, other than sourcing some sunny weather on my first day of becoming a Power Generator. Many thanks A Class.
