I started visiting Malik a couple of months ago after suffering for almost a year with constant vestibular migraine and dizziness that caused me to eventually leave my job. Malik is thorough in his consultations and manages your expectations from the start. After just a couple of months ive seen a massive change in the frequency and intensity of my migraines and have managed to start to reduce the amount of daily medication that I take. I even feel that I am having stretches of a week and longer without symptoms, which were constant and daily before. Malik is incredibly knowledgeable, and ensures that his clinic is safe and a relaxing experience for all patients.

Malik is an absolute miracle worker. He's extremely compassionate, attentive and has the best practice ethic. I really cannot recommend him enough. (And worth every single penny)
Update: fertility treatment (acupuncture & Herbs)
I saw Malik after trying to conceive for four and a half years. I had previously been diagnosed with PCOS, experienced multiple losses and undergone ovulation stimulation which didn't work. I saw Malik as I was hoping to get my body in the best possible state for starting IUI treatment, with the added hope that I might conceive naturally (which in my eyes would have been an absolute miracle)
Neither my partner nor I expected it to happen—but it did, just as I was coming to the end of my third month of treatment we got a big fat positive on the pregnancy test. We have since welcomed a beautiful baby boy in March, who is now over six months old and absolutely thriving
We couldn't imagine a life without him and that's all thanks to Malik - We're incredibly grateful for his practice, support and guidance throughout the hardest yet best journey of our lives 🙏💫
My story;
7 years ago a car accident left me with chronic hip pain and major sleep issues. No specialist was able to figure out the root cause to the pain so I was left taking really strong painkillers. I'd tried everything possible from physio/chiropractor to cupping and steroid injections which had little to no affect. I'd even tried acupuncture with another clinic but this too didn't seem to help.
One night (when I was completely at my wits end) with the excruciating pain and sleepless nights i took to google to find someone who could help. That's when Malik's practice came up with the most astonishing reviews. I took the plunge and emailed him. Within a few days i was booked in for my consultation and first acupuncture appointment. I was pretty sceptical but i wanted it to work so badly I kept an open mind. It was hard to tell after the first appointment as to whether it had helped at all but as Malik reminded me, I'd had the pain for so long I may feel little to no effects right away or for a couple of sessions. However by my third session I could definitely feel something was happening so i decided to try and stop my medication, and i did!
3 months later (my last appointment) my pain had completely gone, I was opioid free and sleeping really well at night. Fast forward to today (Oct '22), 2 months after stopping my treatment I am still completely pain free!

I contacted Malik because of insomnia due to pain caused by various health conditions. I was amazed on my first visit when he was able to almost straighten my left elbow that had been at a 45 degree angle for approximately 2 years caused by tennis elbow. Before this treatment I wasn’t able to brush my hair or raise my arm to the back of my head, After the initial treatment I could use my arm normally and it has remained pain free since! He has also helped me with fibromyalgia pain in my shoulders, hips and lower back. I feel incredible after treatment, the room is so relaxing and Malik is very easy to talk to about any health problems. I would recommend Achieve Health to everyone.

Having had unsuccessfull treatment for shoulder pains and shooting pains down my arms I tried acupuncture. After the 3rd treatment I was pain free from the shooting pains and my shoulder was definitely easier. The centre is very calm and Malik explains the treatment very clearly. I would definitely recommend him and acupuncture. It’s not scary, doesn’t hurt and no medication used.

I started having acupuncture as I suffer with bad endometriosis and often have flare ups of pain which require strong morphine to help ease it. I also have fibromyalgia and my pain was always high on a day to day basis but I learnt to live with it. I was skeptical when I first started as I have had a bad experience in the past. I have been seeing Malik for around 7 weeks now and my fibromyalgia pain has pretty much completely gone and my endometriosis pain is a lot more controlled requiring minimal amounts of morphine. I have only good words since starting acupuncture and I highly recommend if you have any aches/pains or long term health conditions.

I came to see Malik 6/1/25 I have been in pain with my back for over 20 years have had injections in my spine and endless painkillers.At Christmas I was in agony with my left arm which I couldn't use.This was obviously very depressing and I was very low.I cannot believe the change in me!little to no pain in my back neck and arm.I am enthusiastic about life and even went dancing and have given up my last painkiller.Thankyou Malik

If there was more than 5* I would definitely give more. I cannot believe the change in me, not just with the problems I had but my mental health due to not being in pain everyday. I had tremors in my right hand which are gone this was a bonus, I had the tremors for a few years. I had bad headaches and neck pain that literally stopped me doing a lot of things, it was truly affecting my everyday life, I felt so low and exhausted, depressed. Each visit I can feel my old self returning I am down to maybe 1 to 2 mild headaches a wk instead of 6 to 7 severe headaches. Life is actually looking good again, me and my hubby are doing more things together it's great. Malik is passionate about his work and take pride in helping the very best he can. I cannot recommend Malik at achieve health enough.

I was very sceptical if this would work as I was in so much pain I couldn't even work. But after a few sessions I cant believe the difference it has made I no longer in pain and feel like my old self.

My wife has been having treatment with great success so when i started again with severe back pain from a past injury i decided to give Malik a try as pain tablets were only giving short relief.
