Over five years ago, I injured my back, and after seeing several physical therapists, I finally found Sol, talk about a lifesaver! I like to call her the Queen of PT. She got me back on my feet and made sure that after my surgery, we took things slow until I was fully recovered.
Fast forward to today, I still see her regularly and highly recommend her to friends and family, everyone loves her and the positive changes she’s made to their health.
And I can’t forget to mention the new clinic, it’s beautiful, spotless, and the best part… free parking!

RMT Hannah is the absolute best. Great care, listens to what’s needed, is excellent at her job. My job at computer leaves me hunched up every so often and she sets it right. Good location, professional staff and easy booking. Def recommend.

I’ve had massages before, but my experience with Jae was on another level. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Jae really took the time to listen to what I needed and tailored the treatment perfectly. The pressure was spot on, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed and completely refreshed. You can tellhe truly cares about his clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jae to anyone looking for a professional and effective massage.

ACE is my go to clinic for massage! I see Hannah, Joanna, and Jacob on a regular basis for maintenance since I work out frequently and have a physically demanding job. They each have their own unique approach for massage - they are all amazing and provide outstanding patient care. I always leave each treatment feeling great. Also, everyone at the front desk is super friendly which creates a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

I had a massage with Jerome Santiago at Ace Wellness Clinic and was genuinely impressed. Even though he's just starting out, Jerome is incredibly passionate about his work and truly cares about helping his clients feel better. You can tell he's put a lot of heart and effort into learning his craft, and it shows in the quality of his massage. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to really focus on the areas that needed attention.

I’ve been doing Pilates with KoUn for about three months now, and the difference is amazing. My posture has improved, and my shoulders are no longer as rounded. KoUn is attentive and ensures each session is tailored to my needs. Her clear instructions and supportive approach make every class enjoyable!

I recently had a great experience with Jacob Kim here at Ace. I’ve been having issues with my lower back due to too much golf. He not only helped relieve the pain but also sent me home with instructions on at home exercises that can help strengthen my lower back. I’ve been consistent in doing these exercises and they’ve helped with my pain significantly.

Ive been seeing Koeun, pilates instructor for a while now and it has been an eye opening experience for me. I never knew I had a bad postures and didn't know my body aches were coming from having unbalanced stance. After the first session, she immediately assessed my body and told me where it needs to be adjusted and how that can help with the aches throughout my body. It's been over half a year and my back pain, neck pain are almost non existent and even my walking postures are adjusted! I never knew pilates could help so much as to teach me how my body is. Now my husband is also going to see her and he loves it! FYI, you could also book dual session with friends and family which could make the whole session so much funner! Wish I could've met her earlier because she is that much talented and is very knowledgeable with that she teaches!

Excellent physiotherapy session with Glenn. I was having difficulty with a old knee injury that was not improving and after 6 sessions I am able to walk without a cane or tensor bandage. The clinic is beautiful and all the staff are welcoming.
