Ali is straightforward and honest with his work. We had no idea that insurance would cover a full replacement after the storm, but he guided us through the entire process, so we didn’t have to deal with the hassle of back-and-forth with the insurance company. On top of that, his price didn’t exceed our deductible. Ali is a great person to work with, and I highly recommend working with him.
I didn’t think insurance would change their mind, but ACE helped us appeal the decision. They took better photos, explained the damage, and met with the adjuster. The claim was approved, and we were able to replace the siding and roof.

Ali and his team did great work. Worked with us to get the project done on time and professionally. Went from a terrible builder installation of three-tab shingles that kept blowing off to a top of line Landmark Pro. Ali made sure we understood all our options, worked with our insurance for us, and followed up throughout. Even when we had some water intrusion during the installation (no fault of the crew, unforcasted thunderstorm rolled in mid-day) he had someone come out and repair the ceiling, check the attic / insulation, and take care of all the repairs. Highly recommend working with them.

Both times I had a leak and instead of him upselling me a new roof he simply said my roof is repairable when others simply said it needs to be completely replaced. Ali and his team came out to my residence on short notice for inspection of a suspected roof leak. Upon arrival he was on the roof very quickly and informed me that the suspected leak was coming from a skylight. A repair and adjustment to the seal and flashing was performed and I have not noticed the leak inside the house since.
While he was on the roof he also used a leaf blower to clear off any debris left on the roof from the trees. Afterwards he asked to use garden hose to clear out the gutters.
The whole interaction was seamless, professional and very efficient with a very fair price for the service I received (only asked to inspect one thing and ended up getting an entire cleaning).

Good guy! He came by on short notice and let me know the situation up on the roof quickly. He let me know that he didn't have exactly what I needed with him at the time but could get the work done as soon as next week. Not wanting to leave the area on my roof exposed due to the expected wind and rain in the forecast, he went and got me a tarp to cover the area from the until he comes to do the work. He put the tarp on nicely and made sure it was held in place firm due to the expected wind and rain. He quoted me a good price to get the job done. Highly recommend!
