I joined the pay and play sessions at Ravens over a year ago. I’ve since joined the club, play regularly and still go to the drop in sessions with Matteo because they’re so good! I hadn’t played for years and have fallen back in love with the game. The coaching sessions have been brilliant - helping me improve and be more consistent - but they’re also a lot of fun with lovely people of all ages and abilities. An easy recommendation if you’re looking to play tennis, at whatever level.
We’ve had a wonderful experience learning tennis at the club as a family. Everyone has really enjoyed the lessons, and it’s been great to see the kids improving while having fun. Matteo is an excellent coach — very patient, encouraging, and professional. He makes every lesson engaging and enjoyable for both adults and children. Highly recommend!

We’re having a great experience with Coach Matteo! My daughter and I started as complete beginners, and his private lessons have been fantastic. He is very patient, teaches the basics clearly, and makes every session fun while helping us build different skills.👍
He’s also very easy to communicate with and flexible, which really helps with our busy schedules. Matteo is always accommodating and easy to talk to.
He has really raised our interest in tennis🎾—we genuinely love it now and always look forward to every lesson. Highly recommend his coaching!😊

I had a fantastic experience with coach Matteo! During the weekly 121 training sessions he taught me how to play tennis as a complete beginner! I hadn’t played since school (15+ years ago) and he was patient & extremely knowledgeable. The courts are also flood lit so I was able to have evening sessions fitting around work. I now love meeting with friends to play matches, which I would never have been able to do before. I would highly recommend his coaching!

Great nicely hidden away venue, really good quality courts and tuition, they run excellent tennis classes and holiday camps which my sons (9&13) love. Fantastic.

Ravens helps support well rounded, skilful players
I really love the approach of Ravens - both with their classes and camps. They really foster a love of tennis and sport and a great attitude to team work too (despite tennis being more of an individual sport) and grow the kids' confidence and social skills. Ravens facilitates the creation of well rounded, skilful players who I think will take their tennis into adulthood.

Have been taking lessons for two terms with Aceplay Tennis now. The coaching & support has been spot on. The tips & analysis have been specific to my game & on point. I feel my game is improving with every lesson. The social tennis is a friendly bunch & welcoming and run a few times a week during the day or evening. I would recommend anyone wanting to try tennis for the first time or as an improver to try out the lessons with Aceplay.

Thank you for an excellent week at tennis camp again last week. It was a really valuable and enjoyable experience for both of my children. Your instructors are clearly skilled with working with younger kids, helping them to learn new techniques whilst having fun.
