Probably the quickest and easiest car service I have ever had!! They turned a stressful situation right before the holidays into something that felt like a non-issue. Spoke to Mike over the phone for the two days my car was in the shop; very respectful man.

Mike and everyone I spoke with has been nothing but kind, professional, and down to earth. I had gone to a dealership and was quoted a pretty large amount for some engine repairs and alignment. Obviously before Christmas nobody wants to do that. I called another shop before calling APA and told them I had an estimate. They said they could look at it but couldn’t quote me until I went in. When I called APA I spoke with Mike, and after speaking with him he asked me to send over the estimate I already had and he would build me a quote. Within the hour I had an estimate of repairs which was nearly half of what the dealership would have charged. He ordered the parts, I dropped my car off and had it back the next afternoon, exactly when he said it would be ready. My car runs SOOO SMOOTH!!!! Mike also sent over their inspection, which after looking at it in comparison to the dealerships, was way more thorough, and that gave me a lot of comfort knowing I made the right decision on where to bring my car. I’ll never go anywhere else for repairs!

Fantastic service! My newly married adult kids were in town for just a couple days to attend a wedding and A/C was out on their car. APA was great and was able to get car in same day. Great communication, detailed diagnostics with pictures/video followed up with phone call. Repairs were done at cost agreed upon and o time to include additional safety critical issues with brakes. Top notch and will be back when services are needed in my vehicles.

My 1989 K5 Blazer I thought needed a tuneup, so I took it to APA Total Car Care. I quickly was given a quote for a complete tuneup and authorized the repairs. Was called back a short time later and it was explained I did not need a tuneup and that the problem was my fuel pressure. Seems my “Mechanic” I was going to could not tell the difference between his behind or a hole in the wall. APA could have charged me for a tuneup that would have cost 75% more than the repairs they recommended. It’s nice to know that APA runs a honest business. I will be using APA in the future for all my automotive repairs for now on. I live in Queen Creek and would recommend these guys anytime.

It's hit or miss on what person with what qualifications will work on your car. Had two scheduled oil changes this past week first one came back 1 quart low on oil didn't check coolant level and was told my battery needed to be replaced ( the battery was 12 months old, I took to where I bought it and it was at 88% and did not need replacement) the second car the air cleaner tube was disconnected from the air box and throttle Bobby the engine cover wasn't attached and the coolant overflow cap was left open. I will not be returning there for any service.
