Ace of Spades have helped us two occasions. The first time was to carry out some landscaping in our back garden, and the second was to install a walkway to our garden room. The latter was difficult due to poor drainage/flooding, but they came up with a design and implemented it perfectly. Highly recommended.

We used Ace of Spades to restore our garden boundary after a car damaged our fence and willow trees. They ground out trees and put up a 5ft fence.
Mike patiently worked with the car insurance company's loss adjusters to find a solution that all parties were happy with.
The three guys that came to do the work were friendly efficient kept us updated throughout and they were also great with our curious kids.

Absolutely brilliant service! Cannot recommend enough. I accepted the quote (very reasonable) and the following morning I had a phone call from Mike saying 'we're between jobs, so can we come this morning?' The lads who came were polite, efficient, and thorougly professional. My front and back gardens are full of sunshine, thanks to their 'pruning'. Fabulous company, would use again, as soon as I find some more trees to prune!
Mike Barker and his team provide a truly professional service. Between two and four of the politest, knowledgeable and best equipped young men worked in our garden for a whole week. Trees were felled, others pollarded, a tall Leylandii hedge was removed, stumps ground out, and the ground rotovated in preparation for new hedging. At the end of the week, they left no trace of all this work, except for the logs that had been cut and stacked for us. We were sad to see them finish!
Ace of Spades also maintain the trees surrounding our factory (Rhino Greenhouses) and have done so over the last 10 years. We only engage professional companies and Mike Barker's business is a perfect fit for us.
