GREAT company with excellent follow through and very reasonable pricing! They replaced our 30 year old window wells and installed a drainage system for the window wells. Work was done on time and at a price that was very competitive with other estimates. The people are excellent. We are very happy with Accu-Dry and would use them again. Highly recommended!

I would recommend this company for waterproofing! Great communication between all the staff and they addressed my water issue. They ended up putting in a new interior drain tile system in my entire basement with new sump pumps. Connor is great to work with and explains everything thoroughly. Thank you!

They didn't do any work because they didn't need to, and I appreciate that they were honest about it after evaluating our situation (more of a gutter than basement issue). Two other companies gave me quotes--one of them whose name starts with a "P" was for an exorbitantly expensive interior drainage system and new sump pump. That company's assessment of where water was coming in was the opposite of what Accu-Dry and the second company told me, not to mention basic logic.
Accu-Dry will be my first call if we ever end up having a real basement issue.

I called to set up an estimate for our son's house and spoke to Margaret. She is EXTREMELY helpful and warm. Through the conversation we determined that we were probably not in their service area but she passed our information to her brother for his input. Unfortunately we are too far for them to do our work but Margaret has still offered to give us feedback when we do get quotes. They were recommended for their workmanship and honesty and we really hoped to go with them. Our experience cemented a very positive perception and we will use them for any needs we have in the future, as our home is in their service area, and we will recommend them to everyone we know. GREAT customer service experience, great people, family business. Highly recommend!
