Produit DANGEREUX, SAV inexistant et mensonges ! Expérience catastrophique : Produit défectueux : L’alimentation a provoqué un court-circuit dès la première utilisation, grillant ma carte mère . Ports sales et oxydés à la réception → Preuve d’un stockage négligé ou d’un produit reconditionné non déclaré. Service client honteux : Le vendeur a ignoré mes demandes de remboursement pendant des semaines (captures d’écran disponibles). Promesses non tenues : "On va régler ça Incha Allah" ➔ Résultat : Aucun retour, aucun remboursement. Tentative de me faire payer 80 DH de frais de livraison pour un retour justifié (garantie de 1 mois non honorée). Impact financier : 500 DH perdus pour l’alimentation + 400 DH de réparation pour la carte mère endommagée. Évitez ce magasin ! Des composants défectueux, un SAV fantôme et des pratiques trompeuses (garantie 1 mois = mensonge). Risque électrique sérieux : Ce produit pourrait endommager votre matériel ou causer un incendie.

Excellente interaction avec le staff commercial. Matériel conforme à la description et logistique de livraison bien huilée. Le tarif est raisonnable. Donc bon e-commerçant !

J'ai passé une commande pour ma société MMS-CALL, pour une dizaine d'ordinateurs. La commande est impeccable avec livraison rapide. Ils sont vraiment à l'écoute et m'ont aidé dans le choix d'ordinateurs qui sont vraiment en état neuf. Je compte prochainement passer ma deuxième commande chez Access Computer 😃

BEWARE when dealing with them and do NOT trust unless you examine the laptop/product with your own hands before purchasing. unfortunately, this is by far the WORST shop I have ever bought from, and it is honestly my mistake trusting and buying from them online. (my experience: after buying a Laptop (Thinkpad P52) that is supposed to be reconditioned (remis à neuf), it is found to be with a lot of wear in the top cover and in every port, battery is almost at the end of life, not compatible ac adapter, missing parts, cracked in the bottom side, faulty at powering on most of times, screen scratched badly and a loose right hinge. all that and I received a BAD treatment, after I complained instantly about some issues like the annoying crack and scratches, her response was just that she did not see them... I never touched it after, since I got really busy after the events of seism Al Haouz,.. then days later I needed to work on the laptop then found that it doesn't turn on! I explained the problem and asked for help to return it or replace it and that most of times it does NOT want to power ON!.. I resent it to them (still under their 3 months WARRANTY) but they did not accept returning it, they resent it to me in the worst packaging (everything is badly torn..) and they said we fixed it and now it stays powered on, even though that is not the problem and I was super clear that the issue is not staying on once it's powered on but it's that most times it doesn't even accept power on!... anyway the amount 6200DHs I paid to them is lost with a lot of inconveniences, and unfortunately, I'm still spending trying to fix it and find parts for it.. )
