My job was almost forgotten, took day off from work to wait expecting someone will come. I was scheduled between 2 to 5pm. There was no one contacting me about delay until I called to check at 3:45pm. Someone from customer service would get back to me, I waited and waited until after office hour, yet no update, technician finally called at 5:15pm told there was delay by 30 mins to 1 hour. Finally arrived at 6pm, diagnoise was quick but attitude to customer was BAD! The technician complained about access to unit, installer did not install correctly, very impatient explaining to customer and rushing to go. Really bad experience and regretted installing a Bonair.

$379 (Charged in advance) for a service man to come out and look at my gas heater, tell me it needs a repair kit - which will need to be ordered and that it had been so long since installed one he couldn't remember how to do it.
He also couldn't tell me how much the repair kit will cost or whether I will have to paid another call out fee to have it installed. Assured me that "the office" would contact me. Still waiting. Their website proudly proclaims they "believe customer satisfaction". Still waiting or that too.
