Had a problem with the AC in our NP300, turns out it looked like it had been shot up by the A-Team. Adam was straight on it, gave a detailed description of what was wrong and needed replacing, ordered the parts and completed the job. AC now feels great. In addition to this he located a problem with the central locking and fixed this, above and beyond. Communication was excellent, letting us know when the parts had arrived and then fitting us in a day later. Can't fault him or the team there and would definitely recommend. Photos supplied of work carried out. Great value for money.
Absolutely ingenious in his approach to fault finding and repair work! Adam tirelessly worked on my T6.1’s faulty air con until he identified the fault and put it right using genuine VW parts.
I’ve absolutely no hesitation in recommending Adam and I will be using him again for further restorative work that he identified on my vehicle.
If you want the best and your understanding is that the best method to achieve your outcome isn’t by using the cheapest price, then you’ll be right!
I brought my 2007 Jaguar XK here for an airbag warning light thay even Jaguar "specialists" wouldn't look at and they took the job on without question, diagnosed and repaired it for cheaper than I was expecting and even squeezed in an MOT too.

Choosing who to book our car in with after receiving some crazy quotes was very difficult. We contacted a few “specialists” who were rude, charged crazy money to diagnose or didn’t seem to understand what the problem was.
Then we contacted Adam, despite it being out of hours, he gave us some really good advice, understood immediately about the problems we were having with the car and signed posted us to other specialists who may also be able to help. Initially, Adam couldn’t book us in for a while but after the conversations we had, we felt comfortable and confident in his ability to fix our car we waited 5 weeks for an appointment. Adam was really flexible in terms of being able to drop our car off the night before which was a huge help. We were kept up to date on his progress and our luck was in today and the problem was not as serious as we had been led to believe by other mechanics/“specialists”. We honestly cannot thank Adam enough, not only for the great communication before the appointment but for the reassurance, knowledge and expertise. We’re so glad we waited!

I feel we should discuss entire
Situation.
Firstly vehicle was presented in june 2023
After being regassed elsewhere and system failed after few days.
The fault was identified with compressor seal failure.
On fixing that we also identified.
Seals on condenser had a minor leak.
This was solved working fine.
The vehicle was then presented April 2024
Which we identified leaking condenser itself unfortunately being front of vehicle subject to various chances of stone chips etc this beyond control for anyone.
no testing fee was charged on this occasion
All the faults have been document extensively with Videos etc.
I was then contacted in July to state aircon wasn’t functioning.
Again Offered to get vehicle in and carry out testing to see where fault is.
The return message was I wouldn’t have paid if would have known.
But as I stated in message I can only fix what has been shown to be faulty.
So once again I’ll offer chance for vehicle to inspected and see where fault lies.
But as been proven all faults have been correctly diagnosed and repaired each stage of the way.
