DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE and get a second opinion/estimate before using this company. They came out to service my unit when it stopped working. They are in the business to sell new units. Their quote to repair was so high (3500-4K) that it seemed like a no brainer to replace the unit for 9K. They wouldn't even get the unit up and running temporarily until I could decide. Needless to say, I got another company to come out and they repaired my unit for $250. I'm very disappointed in the ethics of this company.

Our technicians are trained to present safe, code-compliant repair options with full parts/labor pricing and warranty coverage. We also decline temporary “get it running” fixes if we believe they’re unsafe or likely to fail again quickly. I do want to reassure you that we complete hundreds of small repairs every year, and our goal is always to provide honest, lasting solutions. On occasion, we can get things wrong—and when that happens, we take it seriously.
I’d like to personally review your work order and the other company’s invoice. If we misdiagnosed, missed a simpler fix, or didn’t live up to our standards, I’ll make it right—including a no-charge second look and discussing any appropriate adjustments.
