Very old and large masonry building leveled
Academy House Leveling has performed two projects for our condominium. A 120-year -old school building was converted to condo twenty years ago. Three additions to the original building have experienced differential settling. Academy leveled the first addition in late 2023 and the second in early 2026. Payton arrived for our initial appointment on time and provided an estimate before leaving. They performed the work on schedule and at the cost quoted.
The second project was handled in the same professional manner and in the middle of extreme cold and wet weather 2026 winter. Again, timely and at the quoted price.
They are scheduled to perform a third project in late May 2026.

Peyton's crew did an excellent job leveling my 124 year old raised house that had a sag in the middle. Price was actually less than I had expected. I would recommend them for anyone needing home leveling on the North shore..

I am doing a complete historical house restoration in the Treme neighborhood. I hired Academy to level my house and replace piers as well as the rotted sills. We recently had our home's slab foundation leveled by Brent's team. Their quote was so much better than the other 2 quotes we got and my research on the company found them to be top notch with a lifetime transferrable warranty. His crew worked 6 days a week (off Sundays and rainy days) and considering that all their digging was done by hand, I was amazed how quickly the job was completed. Brent was on-site off and on daily; kept us in the loop as issues arose. In the end we needed 7 additional pilings over the original estimate and yes, the cost did increase accordingly but Brent worked with us to minimize the pain. In addition they also identified 2 big issues during their digging we were unaware of. I had 2 leaks in my buried gas line (which the entire line had to be replaced because it was not within code); and upon getting my sewer line scoped just prior to completion of the project, the plumber found we had roots growing through the cleanout and that needed to be replaced. So just be aware and expect when you take on a big project like this one that you will need a financial cushion for the unexpected. Kudos to Brent and his team at Academy House Leveling.
Peyton and his crew are awesome! We called him out to look at a crack in our rental house wall and he gave us options where No other house leveling companies explained the cause and how best to minimize the cracks without further causing harm to the overall structure. I highly recommend Academy....do not hesitate call them and let them look at your cracks and damaged before it gets worse.
Repairs on damage to brick and concrete stairs and landing damaged by road construction vibrations. Academy responded quickly to assess, secure permits, and repair the damage and make sure the foundation was reinforced to prevent further damage. The guys worked hard in a timely fashion and cleaned up completely when they finished. I highly recommend this company.

The crew at Academy is awesome! The owner Victor is a nice guy and cared about my project (inherited house).
His crew delivered on time with leveling of the house.And me because ng from. Out of state (TX) he put me in touch with some great other contractors for the house.
Highly recommend you give these guys a chance to get your leveling needs done. As for the cost, it was a fraction of the cost of other levelers.
