I first came to the Academy for Early Learners as a student, and now I’m happy to work here as a casual educator. This centre has always felt warm, welcoming, and truly caring. The staff are kind and hardworking, and Director Miss Kristina leads the team with so much passion and support. She really cares about the children, families, and educators, and it shows in everything she does. I’ve learned so much here, and I’m grateful to be part of this wonderful place. I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a safe, loving, and positive learning environment for their child.

We’re so happy with our experience at this childcare. The staff are caring, friendly, and always make my child feel safe and excited to come each day. The activities are creative and educational, and it’s lovely to see how much my child has grown in confidence and communication. As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and attention my child receives at this childcare centre. My child has developed amazing social skills, creativity, and confidence since joining. The daily activities are well-planned — balancing learning with play perfectly. I especially appreciate how the staff communicate with parents, providing updates, photos, and progress reports that make us feel truly connected to our child’s journey.
The management team is professional and approachable, and it’s clear they go above and beyond to ensure high standards of cleanliness, nutrition, and safety.

Absolutely love this daycare! I have a 4-year-old and a one-and-a-half-year-old who both attend four days a week, and they are just so happy here. The educators care for the kids as if they were their own, and Kristina, the owner, always goes above and beyond every single day to make sure every child feels safe, loved, and supported in their learning.
Even though we live in Northmead, I happily drive all the way to West Pymble because this centre truly has everything I could hope for. something so many others don’t. Thank you, Kristina and the wonderful team, for creating such a special place for our little ones ❤️

I wanted to add another recent review on the amazing services, care and support Kristina has established at this center. I can’t speak highly enough of Early Academy of Learners and its amazing owner, Kristina. From the very beginning, she has been absolutely wonderful — warm, caring, and genuinely invested in every child’s happiness and growth.
My daughter has progressed in her development very quickly and always comes comes home singing new songs and articulating full sentences well before 3 years of age. She very much enjoys her time there as the centre offers so many fun-filled and educational activities that my child looks forward to every single day. They’re always doing something new — from puppet shows, exciting trips to the park, the Harbour Bridge, and the Botanical Gardens, to regular in-house incursions that keep the children engaged and curious including reptile/farm visits, dance groups, cooking, national celebrations and the list goes on. The effort Kristina and her team put into creating such a rich, stimulating environment is truly impressive.
What stands out most to me is how accommodating and understanding Kristina is. If you’re running late or have early shifts, she’s always flexible and supportive — something that we as very busy parents deeply appreciate.
A huge bonus is their new pick-up and drop-off service, which is absolutely incredible! I’ve never seen any other childcare offer this — even when my older two children attended different centres. It’s such a thoughtful service that really shows how much they care about making things easier for families.
The educators at Early Academy of Learners are also exceptional — kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The environment is always clean, safe, and filled with laughter and creativity.
Early Academy of Learners is a gem of a childcare centre. Kristina has built something truly special — a place where children thrive, parents feel supported, and learning is always an adventure. As a mother of three kids that have attended multiple different centres, I’ve never seen another better than how Kristina has established hers and would hands down recommend this center as number 1!!
Review 1 year ago: Academy of Early Learners has been amazing for my daughter. She started when she was 7 months and they have taken the best care, gone above and beyond with every ask and accommodated her allergy/needs as well. Kristina and her team genuinely care for the kids and makes sure they have so many opportunities to learn. Kristina has a wealth of experience and always strives to do the best for the child. I have never seen a childcare organise so many events including Sushi day (with sushi chefs onsite) , farms, reptile farm, space, dance, fire brigade and so many more, the kids are so excited. My daughter has grown so fond of them very quickly and loves spending time there. They are flexible to support us parents with our schedules and truly help the family as a whole. Definitely recommend this childcare to anyone.

Kristina, the owner, is absolutely incredible. She works tirelessly every single day to make sure the kids are not only safe and well cared for, but also having fun and feeling loved. Her dedication, warmth, and passion are evident in everything she does. You can tell this is not just a job for her!
Every day is filled with a variety of creative and enriching activities that keep the children engaged and excited to learn and play. From arts and crafts to themed days, outdoor play, sensory activities, and story time, there's always something fun happening. Our daughter comes home happy, tired (in the best way).
Another thing we absolutely love is the constant photo updates. Getting those little snapshots throughout the day gives us peace of mind and lets us feel connected to what our daughter is doing, even while we're at work. It’s such a thoughtful touch and really shows how much effort Kristina and her team put into communication and transparency.
We’re so grateful to have found this daycare. It's truly a special place, and we can’t thank Kristina and her team enough for the love and care they give every single day. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a warm, safe, and activity-filled environment for their child!

We have been totally blessed in finding this amazing childcare centre! Kristina and her team have been amazing from when we first visited to now our baby attending weekly. We’ve been with Academy Early Learners for over a year now and absolutely love it! My 2.4-year-old daughter is thriving & learning so much through play, art, language, and motor skill activities. The educators are caring, professional, and literally go above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier with the care and learning she receives!
We’ve had a wonderful experience with the Academy for Early Learners. The centre always offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both children and parents. We're especially impressed by the wide range of engaging activities — from arts and dance to animal visits, cultural festivals, and sports.
One of the highlights for us has been the excellent communication between the centre and families. We always feel well-informed about our daughter's daily experiences.
When we moved to this area, transferring our daughter from her much-loved previous childcare was a difficult decision. However, over the past six months, we've been deeply grateful for the support from the toddler room educators and Kristina. They went above and beyond to help our little one settle in and feel at home.
We truly feel fortunate to have found such a caring childcare centre!

I am a child care teacher and because I didn’t want my daughter to come to the same centre as I work, we tried this daycare for my daughter. We cancelled as soon as we went for orientation… in one day I saw lots of bridging law neglect of kids. Of course teachers didn’t know I am teacher too so they were acting freely!!! Don’t recommend at all. If you want your child to be safe don’t even go close to this centre! They didn’t even pay back my deposit but who cares! I wanted my child to be safe!!!

If there’s one thing I can say with absolute confidence, it’s that AEL is the perfect environment for any child. They don’t just talk about best practices in early childhood education—they bring them to life every single day. I have never met a childcare Director more genuinely invested in each child’s growth and wellbeing than Kristina. My only regret is not enrolling my child here sooner!
The team works closely with families to understand each child’s needs and interests, then thoughtfully tailors activities to support their development. Every day, they raise the bar higher—not just meeting expectations but exceeding them in every way. AEL is not just a childcare centre; it’s a second home where children are truly nurtured.
Their approach to holistic development is outstanding: from play-based learning and structured education to incursions, excursions, music, cultural events, exercise, and even unique experiences like live hatching programs and visits from local firefighters and police officers. You name it—they have it covered.
I rarely make strong recommendations, especially when it comes to children, but I cannot recommend AELS highly enough. Families travel from distant suburbs just to be part of this incredible community. Sending your child here is one of the best decisions you can make.
Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service at Academy for Early Learners! From day one, we've been so impressed. Kristina's passion truly shines through and her preschool program is just outstanding. It's only been five months since my son started and the positive changes we've already seen in his development are remarkable. The communication with us as parents has been absolutely amazing! We always feel connected and well-informed about everything happening at the daycare. It's such a bright and nurturing environment and we feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for him!
