I bought my sister-in-law a washer and dryer at Lowe’s. When they were delivered, Lowe’s said that they could not be hooked up because new valves were needed. So I called ACA and they went out and Edrick said absolutely nothing was wrong. I thanked him for being honest. He hooked them up and was on his way. Thank goodness for honest people.

I am appalled at this so called service. We me and the home owner called them because we had fiberglass coming out the vents. It took them over a week to come out and when they did they spent more time outside in the truck than they did working..it's all on camera. And when they were inside all they did was whisper back and fourth. Then as they were leaving the helper ask the tech if theyre gonna have any problems with my dog...which kinda shocked me because they were leaving...did they plan on coming back without us knowing? I tried to get them to tell me what he meant but he just wanted me to send him the video and he'd get back to me....No. thanks. And there's more coming out now than before..the dogs are ingesting this crap.

Wish I could give a better review. They installed a duct to an addition to our house. The new room is not cooling properly. I’ve texted and called several times. Promises but after 2 months they haven’t made an effort to come back to fix the problem. Edit: I waited another couple of weeks after the last post and heard nothing from Aca. I called Big Foot Home Service and the problem was fixed in 10 days.

I had Southern Air come last week for a semi annual check up. After the tech was through he left me a four page laundry list of things that had to be repaired or replaced. The cost was extremely high. I called ACA heating and air conditioning for a second opinion. They (Bob Nalley) was at my house within two hours. Bob scheduled the tech to come to check on the same unit that had just been described as being so bad. Tech Josh and Amaree came to the house the next morning. They performed the same type of inspection as what Southern Air did. Josh spent an hour and a half going over the issues reported as needing repair or replacement only to find that my unit was in good shape and certainly not in need of all the repair and replacement as stated by Southern Air Tech Dustin. ACA has a new customer in me and anyone else I tell my story to. Thanks again to ACA Bob, Josh and Amaree.Shame on Southern Air. Signed, Carl Casterline.

A/c wouldn’t blow cold air. It was really hot outside. I had another provider service the unit but they wanted to sell me a new unit. Called up and spoke with Kara and she sent a tech out and he found the problem the other company missed. They had it blowing ICE COLD in no time. Very happy with this company.

Kailin,Jock and Logan did a great job installing my HVAC system. They were very professional and took great care to protect my home as they worked to install the furnace. They cleaned up inside and outside before they left my home. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone who is having an installation by ACA. Bob was my salesman. He did a great job explaining all the equipment and going over all of the numbers associated with pricing. once the job was done, I needed additional information on rebates and things of that nature. I spoke with Joy in the office and she was on top of everything. She was very friendly and able to get me to the person that I needed to speak to. The experience was smooth from start to finish.
