Great overall experience involving long distance AC installation support at home of an elder relative. Installation was on time and both installers communicated exceptionally in response to my questions and those of my relative, I couldn't have asked for better professional and courteous technicians for my elderly relative and myself.

We recently noticed our air conditioner was not working and had a smell of something burning. We called a local air conditioner service which we have used in the past to come to check it out. The young technician arrived and started reviewing the unit. Within a few minutes he determined that everything in the air unit was burned up and we would need both a new inside and outside unit. I called ACA for a second opinion. The technician Tanner arrived promptly and was very professional. He asked about the problems we had with the unit and proceeded to inspect both the outside and the operating system in the attic. Within a few minutes he had identified the exact cause of the problem and fixed it. I was really impressed with Tanner's knowledge of the system and his ability to quickly identify and fix the problem. I highly recommend ACA for any air conditioning problems and commend Tanner for his personable professional skills.

We had an incident at our house where our air conditioner was leaking water. We called ACA to repair the leaking AC Unit and were treated like royalty. This is not our first time using ACA and it will not be our last time. The customer service is wonderful. The company makes you feel like a person instead of strictly business.
