Elizabeth provides outstanding customer service—friendly, efficient, and always professional. I have several homes that they maintain, and they consistently go above and beyond to take care of everything. It’s a huge relief to know I can count on them. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jack the other day as he was giving an estimate to a neighbor a few days ago.. I had a couple of questions about my ac because it needs replacing..I’ve had another company come out and patch my unit..He gave me answers the other company couldn’t give me..I will definitely be calling Jack in the next couple of weeks..He won me over with his willingness to come talk to me and this man knows AC more than any AC guy that has been to my house in the last 10 years..Thanks a lot Jack. Update: I called Jack about installing me a new system..He told me he was not working there anymore with no explanation..I trusted Gilbert’s AC because of Jack.He went above and beyond to have me..You let one of the best AC guys get away.. He even told me to call you guys for Installing of a new system ..That’s integrity..However, I will get someone else to install a new unit.

We enjoyed working with the company for a number of years and elected to replace our entire 2 HVAC systems and even after time added a third system. Despite a few issues the company was finally responsive and was able to solve the Goodman hardware challenges. It's a good thing I have a parts and labor warranty.

David gave me the best service that I have ever experienced with dealing with the HVAC. He is very professional and come back again for checking if it works efficiently the week after the installation. The team is very responsible for cleaning everything up as well! I would highly recommended it!!! No need to compare with other company because I did it and I found the best one!

I live out of state and dreaded having to find a reputable company from afar to analyze the situation at my parents home. I came across Gilbert's A/C and was put in touch with Jack. He went out to my parents house the same day and was able to analyze the situation quickly. He was honest about the fact that the system needed to be replaced and treated my parents like they were his own. The system was installed in a very timely manner and my parents and I are very pleased. Thank you Jack for doing exactly what you said you would do! It's very much appreciated.

I recently had Gilbert folks replace the entire AC unit at my son’s townhouse. I had a five star experience: 1. Their quote was competitive 2. They installed the unit on time as promised. 3. The unit has Ben performing well for over a month now. 4. The support folks at Gilbert also went out of their way to register the unit for promised 10 year warranty. I would highly recommend their business.
