Eli and Alexander were my technicians today. They came to inspect and install a new hot water tank. They did an EXCELLENT job. Not only were they in and out fast but they took the time to answer all of my questions. I wanted to make sure I was being told accurate information and given good advice about my problem so we could address it. Eli completely understood and made sure I was satisfied about the decision before continuing with the installation. He even taught me how to drain my tank which is a key part of maintenance. Absolute professionals. Respectful and honest. Definitely going back to these guys for any future issues.

Gavin came to look at my furnace for a regular maintenance check today. I booked a 5-7pm appointment and he was early which was great after a long work day! He was super friendly and personable and a delight to chat with during his visit. Although my furnace has no troubles as it’s fairly new Gavin was very knowledgeable and honest with me throughout the visit. Thanks so much!

This is my newest service update and review . This is an edit to my previous post. This is a company I trust. Had my furnace serviced today oct 16th by Gavin and just like all the technicians at this company he was courteous and informative to all our questions. This company is trustworthy and professional and I highly recommend them. This is an edit to latter review. Had my furnace serviced and the experience was very informative. Marc answered all my questions and then some. Marc was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your professionalism and patience in answering all of my questions even if not all of them were about the furnace.

I wanted to get my furnace checked before winter settled in, and know nothing about central heating (I couldn’t even find my filter). Abundant air scheduled me in the same day I called for an appointment. Kyle was friendly, explained basic maintenance for the furnace to me, and made me aware of potential issues to keep my eye on. Three years later my 20-year old furnace stopped working. Trevor and Rolly came out on the same day to inspect it; and the next day, Eli and Aleks had my new furnace up and running. They were efficient, affordable, and tidy. They were very friendly and helped me secure financing and answered all my questions in layman’s terms. Thank you.
