UPDATE: Today, July 16, 2026, Gavin cane to inspect our air conditioning system.. it was nice to aee Gavin again, and, as usual, he was thirough, professional, and friendly.

.A year ago, I wrote yhe following review and found it today, still unposted. "Our family is a new customer of Abundant Air. This week Gavin came out to do a cleaning and maintenance check on our furnace to prepare for winter. Apparently he was running ahead of schedule as we received a call from the dispatcher asking whether it would be okay if he came early. This says a lot about how Abundant Air does its scheduling. Most service people I deal with are late and stressed out by how many more calls they have to finish in the day, so this was a breath of fresh air. We said early would be fine for us. When Gavin came to the door he introduced himself and took off his work boots. I showed him the the furnace room and he helped me move a few things out of the way so that he'd have enough room to work. After a thorough check and cleaning, he came upstairs and manually turned the furnace on to ensure everything was working properly. Gavin was friendly and professional, as was the dispatcher. I'm very happy with our relationship with Abundant Air so far."
Today, we had Neil come put for our annual furnace cleaning and inspection. I'm happy to report that a year later, we ate still pleased with the service we receive and also with the quality of the service staff and dispatchers.
