I started doing research on my Medicare because I am turning 65 soon. I started watching videos on You tube from ABT insurance services with Stephanie. Excellent videos and very informative. After watching the videos I realized that I wanted ABT insurance to help me make my decision on what type of Medicare I wanted. I had a phone appointment with Jake Wombacker, Jake was very helpful and very knowledgeable about my options. Jake was very patient with me explaining my options and helping me make an informed decision on my choices best for my situation. Jake did not push me into any particular decision, he just provided me the information to help me make my own decision. I highly recommend ABT insurance for your insurance needs. A very professional and enjoyable experience for me.

We reached out to Abt Insurance and their agent Carter assisted us to enroll into Medicare Part B supplement plan and he also helped with Part D. Very Compentent. Hear's your needs - find's the plan or plan's to fit your needs. Take good notes and referes to them at later confrences! Knows the plans she has to offer and able to match them to you. Keeps the scheduled meetings for starting and lengths. Glad that You Tube sent me ABT's way. Emily and Stephanie - 5 stars!
My sister and I both turned Medicare eligible and worked with Jake Wombacker to learn about our options, get individual quotes, etc. Jake was totally awesome and so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He kept mine and my sister's situations (I'm married, she is widowed) straight and responded to each of our questions in very relevant ways. I can't say enough about Jake and how wonderful our experience with him was. We will certainly be reaching out to him next Spring for help in determining our continuing path with our health plans.

In the year leading up to my 65th birthday I worked to educate myself about the social security and medicare systems. Stephanie's ABT Insurance videos on YouTube were VERY informative and I highly recommend her channel to anyone seeking medicare and medicare supplement information. The ABT agent who worked with me was awesome! Jake Wombacker took my call a year before my 65th birthday just to answer a few questions I had. It was great being able to work with him again when my enrollment period finally came around. I can't be happier with the decision he helped me reach and I will trust Jake and ABT with all my future medicare needs! My wife will enter enrollment a couple of years down the road and she's already said she'll be calling ABT Insurance. I cannot recommend their services more highly!

Abbie has helped both me and my husband review the rates that are for our state and submit our paperwork for the change of policy when needed. She makes the changes seemless... Handles everything!

Have watched numerous YouTube videos from Stephanie and learned so much about Medicare and the various supplemental plans. I called and my initial agent almost made me give a poor rating, but when I emailed Stephanie she immediately put me with Emily. Emily was fantastic and explained things well, answered all my questions, and gave me time to think about our options for a MediGap policy for my wife and myself. When I was ready to move forward she was very efficient in getting us signed on to the policy that we needed. She has been an effective and efficient communicator and even got us signed up for our Part D drug plan when she really didn't have to do that for us.
