When I contacted other firms before Abraham Associates, I was told that I would not be able to obtain the mortgage amount I wanted due to insufficient funds. However, when I reached out to Abraham Associates, they were able to assist me in achieving the mortgage amount I was aiming for.
I am very thankful for the expertise and professionalism of the mortgage team. They made the entire process of our remortgage as well as securing a new one - smooth and seamless
The Director as well as the team were excellent. They were prompt in their response, very assuring and understanding. I experienced great timely and spontaneous communication.
The Director called frequently to check how things were going even after the purchase was secured.
Finally, I can confirm that I found the entire team to be optimistic even when things looked bleak from my end.

Louis provided honest, clear, straightforward advice. Not only is he a lovely guy to speak to, he is incredibly proactive, and went above and beyond the role of mortgage advisor to help me during the house buying process - dealing with estate agents, solicitors, accountants and Help To Buy on my behalf. If Louis said he would do something, it was done. And always in a timely manner. I also want to mention Luliana, who is also fantastic and works to the same values as Louis - a pleasure to deal with, super efficient, extremely reliable and very knowledgeable herself. Louis could charge twice as much and it would still be good value for money.
