Jeff and his entire team was amazing and went above and beyond.
We were in Japan on vacation when our water heater decided to fail and the house sitter notified us in the middle of the night. Jeff responded instantly, assessed the damage, and even cleaned up the mess inside the garage for us since no one was home.
His team acted quickly, shutting off the water to prevent any further leaking and damage. Within a couple days the water heater was replaced along with all dry wall and sheet rock.

I went with Desert Drain based on this recommendation and I was not disappointed. My soft water system was installed the next day. Afterwards, Jeff called to make sure everything went okay. Customer service is top notch! I will continue using this company for my plumbing needs.
Desert Drain Plumbing is a great company to use for Plumbing needs. They replaced a water heater and diagnosed the problem after 3 other contractors could not figure out the problem. They are competitively priced as we compared to another top plumbing company. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Desert Drain Plumbing. From start to finish, they took great care of us. Scheduling was simple and they took our call at 7am and got us in within 4 hours. Michael showed up at 11am, as promised and knew exactly how to help us. Our kitchen sink hoses and pipes were a mess with leaks and he took care of the issue within an hour. We highly recommend them!
